Terrific Upgrade
A fantastic new video card for my PC it replaced a GT1660TI that was about 4 and 1/2 years old and the performance increase is so much. I’m very pleased with the price as well. Some points of note it’s a much bigger card than the 1660 TI even though it’s still got two fans it runs virtually silently and I’m getting incredible frame rates at 2K resolution. I wouldn’t know what it’s like at 4K because my monitor doesn’t go that high but everything is silky smooth compared to the 1660ti so I would thoroughly recommend as a very good cost upgrade for anybody who is going from something like a 1080 or 1660 TI so 10/10 so far. I’ve registered it on the ASUS website and they gave me a three year warranty so overall I’m very pleased and it’s increased is price now by £15 from when I bought it so yeah all good. Will update this review in a few months time.

Thinking of buying this ASUS GeForce RTX 3050 6G? READ This then, Buy it.
Excellent GPU, I was in 2 minds to buy it. However it is amazing my Games are running so much better and the FPS is well up, glad I bought it now and so easy to install. The Build Quality in this card is very good, it also does not need a power connection to the power supply it runs off the PCi power on the motherboard which saves power consumption without loss of performance. I recommend it 100%, thanes Nvidia such a Great Graphics Card :)

Brilliant GPU for gaming
Bought this whilst it was discounted to upgrade my HP desktop from a GTX1650 super. It’s quite a big unit but it just about fit ok, the power connector is on the same side as the pc side panel so it’s a very snug fit but no issues so far. Performance is outstanding, I can play in 1440p with no frame drops on the games I play; COD, The Last of Us (jaw-dropping graphics), Icarus. I added an additional cooling fan to my case and upgraded both the existing cpu and case fans at the same time to improve air flow and cooling as this unit almost fills the inside of the case. Monitoring the performance using OCCT tools the temperature is fine and I’ve not had a single issue yet when gaming. Highly recommend this GPU.

Solid 1080p/1440p GPU – cool, quiet, and efficient
Bought the ASUS RTX 4060 DUAL EVO OC from Currys and couldn’t be happier. It’s compact, runs whisper-quiet, and delivers excellent performance for 1080p and even 1440p gaming with DLSS 3. Temperatures stay cool under load (rarely above 60°C), and the dual-fan setup is efficient without adding noise. The factory overclock is a nice bonus, and the card sips power – perfect for smaller or low-wattage systems. It chews through titles like Cyberpunk 2077, Warzone, and Spider-Man with ease when using DLSS. Ray tracing performance is surprisingly decent at this tier, especially when paired with Frame Generation. If you want a no-nonsense, future-proof GPU for mid-range gaming builds, this is a killer option. Great value – especially if picked up at a discount from Currys

Mid range card, high performance! Bought for video editing. It's no slouch for the price!
I bought the ASUS Dual NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 V2 OC Edition mainly for video editing, as a fellow video editor highly recommended it. I was always feeling stuck in the rabbit hole of waiting for Adobe Premiere Pro to render my work. Looking for workarounds to my problem. First, I upgraded my pc's RAM... (that did help a bit), I upgraded my M.2 drives... (this helped with transfer speeds) but rendering was still painfully slow. Working with a limited budget but left with no choice but to upgrade my Graphics card, I followed my friend's advice as he claimed this graphics card would be my best bang for my buck. I have to say, after installing the card, (super easy) and choosing the NVidia studio drivers over gaming drivers I was massively shocked and thrilled by the performance shown in editing speed, its ability to handle intensive video effects with ease and also great multi-tasking. I think a lot of it's video editing performance comes from the 12gb RAM. I know that this is by far not the best video editing graphics card out there, but for my budget the upgrade was night and day in performance. I can't find any cons, the card runs very cool, even when under a big load, I have had zero compatibility issues, and it just keeps on grinding away. It's my budget friendly work horse. I can't hesitate to recommend it.

Not a 4060, not a 3090, but an awesome bang for buck compomise
So for years the *60 range of Nvidia cards have been a good starting point for gaming if you are on a budget, and the 3060 is no exception. At the time of buying this 12GB variant, the 4060 was being scalped, only came with 8GB RAM and actually cost more than this card than I cared to risk, so decided mid tier last gen was good enough. I was replacing a 1080 for general gaming, PCVR and little else. Needed to hookup to 2 monitors and a TV, with the TV mirroring one of the monitors, to replicate my current setup. As expected none of this was a challenge, other than needing a couple of DP to HDMI adapters for the monitors, and off I went. As of this moment in time, and with the 50 series just around the corner, I have no interest in replacing it yet. Cyberpunk, Fallout 4, Assassins Creed Odyssey, Minecraft, my VR collection, including Fallout 4, Skyrim, Borderlands 2, Half Life Alyx, Resident Evil 7, all perform well with this card on high settings or even ultra. It even playes Crysis. If I had to choose between this and the 4060 8GB OC, for an extra £30, I would still go for this for the extra VRAM. Ultimately, it is dependent on what games you are wanting to play, what your budget is and your performance preference. Do your research, there are plently of videos kicking around comparing these 2. Personally, I would rather play at slightly lower quality if it meant I was not limited by VRAM on future releases, especially in VR, but as of yet, I have not had to sacrifice settings.

Price to performance
I've been using this for over a year at the time of review. It's a solid card. I find it is able to play the games I want at 1440p. I do not play triple a games so possibly those would need to be at 1080p. The fans are quiet, it seems really cool and there have Ben no stability issues
