After researching, I was super intrigued to try Relate MOOD Daily and have been pleasantly surprised. An all natural supplement that I can easy add to my daily routine and I quickly noticed an overall boost in my energy level and clarity. I feel great. And they taste good too! I started MOOD Daily pairing with the Relate Immunity Daily gummies and feel like they’re the perfect combo.

Overall I found these gummies to be just okay. The flavor is great, but they're a little harder than I expected. I didn't really notice a big change in my mood, but I did feel a little clearer when taking them with lunch. Helped to beat off the mid afternoon slump. Pretty good, but for the price I will likely look elsewhere.

I may not be 💯 percent positive if these are as powerful as “Him & Her” melatonin gummies, which are no longer available anywhere, but these are seriously addictively delicious. LOVE! For now, I’m sticking with these yummy gummies.

The taste was pleasant enough, even enjoyable. I took one-a-day for a week or so (recommended dose is 2/day). Then I started taking two-a-day for another week plus. I did not notice a big positive change in mood, but also importantly I had no negative change in mood. There are many benefits to mushrooms so I thought this would be a benficial supplement to try. I've been taking this supplement for over a month & have noticed a positive increase in motivation and mood. High quality & effective product - will continue to use!

This gummy style mood supplement consists of ten different types of mushrooms with 250 mg of each mushroom. The gummies are “happy berry” flavored and the only flavor ingredient I see in the list is raspberry. There is also purple carrot juice, but I presume that is more for color than anything else (interesting side story, I used purple carrots in a chicken pot pie and it turned the entire pie and everything in it purple, so I know it makes for a good die). The gummies are in a clear plastic bottle with a plastic screw on cap. The label covers most of the bottle, but some light can still get in, so storing these in a dark place is advised. The gummies are vegan and gluten free. The consistency of the gummies reminds me a bit of fruit snacks where they are firm, but not overly so, and chewy. They seemed to stay moist and not go hard or dry, and maintained consistency over the time it takes to go through a bottle. The flavor is a bit off though and not entirely berry flavored and contains other more earthy notes (probably mostly in part due to the mushrooms). The berry flavor is probably only half of the overall flavor profile, so the first time you have them they will taste a bit weird. After consuming these gummies for a couple of weeks, I cannot say that I noticed much of a difference. That isn’t necessarily a bad thing as I normally take a mushroom supplement (or mushroom coffee), so not having a difference likely means it is keeping up with the usual supplement I would have been taking otherwise. So if you are looking for a mushroom supplement as a gummy and don’t mind a bit of an odd flavor, these might be worth giving a try.
