I’ve had six knee operations and have worn just about every brace out there. A problem has always been chaffing or blistering under the brace when wearing all day as on long hikes or during intense activities like volleyball. Back in the day I even tried making my own knee sleeves out of my wife’s leggings to try ease the pain! They worked somewhat but were too hot, itchy, bunched up at the back of knee and we’re almost as bad as the brace itself. (Plus I made my wife really mad!) This undersleeve fits well, is very comfortable, washes up nicely, is long enough to fit all lengths of braces (even under osteo/unloader types) and is priced well. Two features of note are the elastic top band which holds the undersleeve up without choking your thigh (closeup is of inside of band) and the flat construction of the seam both inside AND outside, which eleminates irritation at the pressure points under the sleeve and under your brace. This simply is the best knee undersleeve I’ve ever used.

Thin, smooth material and supportive. I love how long it is. This allows for great support and the thigh portion does not fall down. The compression is supportive but not restrictive. Comfortable enough to wear all day and help provide pain relief. This was a great value for the money!!

I pulled my hamstring muscle and need to wear a leg brace until my injury heals. The leg brace extends below my knee to my upper thigh. The velcro inside the brace was irritating my skin so I searched for a sleeve to wear under the brace. This sleeve is just perfect. It's a soft knit fabric that extends the length of the brace and then some. There is an upper gripper to keep it from sliding (see picture, I folded the top so you can see the grips). The measurement instructions helped me choose the perfect size. I plan to buy a second one so I can wash one while wearing the other. Very happy with my purchase.

This product is amazing! This product fits snugly but is comfortable. I wear my under my knee brace to stop the brace from rubbing. I highly recommend this product.

The sleeve fit well but it did not keep the brace from falling down even when my flesh was pinched. But it did work as a sleeve under brace.

I am an older runner who wears a Thuasne offloader knee brace and a calf-length compression sock on same leg. Getting used to the knee brace was a bit of work, and the straps cut into my leg on long runs. I tried a sleeve from another manufacturer but I had to send it back as it was too long and I could not get it onto my leg. I ran 5 1/2 miles this morning using this sleeve for the first time and wow I could feel the snugness of the brace but no chafing or scratching. The first thing I did when I got home was to order two more of them. For sizing, I am male, 5’ 10” and I weigh 180 lbs. The XL size fit perfectly and stayed up without slipping. I’m a runner, so it’s possible my thighs may be a little larger than a non-runners would be.

Note that this is not a compression device; it's an undersleeve. The non-slip rubbery-bit on the upper hem caused a skin rash reaction (which surprised me because I'm generally very resistant to that kind of thing). This is easily solved by rolling the hem down once or wearing it inside-out. The large size fit well - I'm 6'3" and 210lbs. At 16" inches, it works well with my two-strap braces, but is a wee-bit short for use with my four-strap brace. The fabric is not cotton. It's a bit stretchy and I expect it will wear/last a good while. I've washed it a couple times now but opted not to run it through the dryer out of caution.

Definitely refreshing. I was getting a heat rash under my brace. This provides a soothing comfort.
