Good for short open a distances but not for used through the buildings walls and slabs 5m -8m through the wall and one floor building is the limit

Defective bell received
After plugging the bell as soon as you switch it on,an irritating bell starts ringing and it can't be stopped. Also the remote ringer doesn't pair with it . Have asked for replacement, hopefully it will be okay.
