Sadly I returned it. it would not lock in as the stock eyepiece does. It fits snug against and over the release button on the Zf, holding it down, so it would not secure. It would simply rotate back off. The eyecup itself looked good and would have suited my need to block light but unfortunately returned it due to the fitment.

Perfect fit, still no issues after one year of intensive use.

The eye cup is good and works as expected. Comfortable and blocks light as you'd want. The only complaint I have is the bottom protrudes farther than the stock Sony eye cup on my camera (A7RV) and it blocks the screen from flipping out to the left. With some care you can pull the screen out and then flip it left. Not a huge deal but just something to be aware of.

I bought this to replace the stock eye cup on my Sony a1. This cuts out almost all light leaks while using the viewfinder. The ability to rotate the eye cup is perfect for doing vertical shots. Well built, soft silicone eye piece.

I purchased this as I had previously purchased a different eye cup which didnt do much in terms of blocking sunlight outside the viewfinder. It does the job pretty well but its mostly Sony's fault for having a small viewfinder. I have used friends Canons camera with bigger viewfinders and with the OEM eyecup it does the same as this eye cup. I also wear glasses daily.
