So far so good. Good functionality, touch controls good. Would be good to be able to further personalise touch controls. Very good sound and Noise cancelling is pretty good. All other features work well and really handy to be able to control music etc using the touch screen on the case. Especially when travelling on your own, or when travelling in the car with others who can control the music from the back seat. Battery lasts exactly as expected. My ears are on the smaller side and they fit perfectly.

Amazing earbuds. The best i had this far. I used the Samsung galaxy buds Pro 2 and they really dissapointed me. These earbuds do everything you can imagine, plus a few more features on top of that. Fantastic ANC (the first time i felt that ANC actually works in earbuds). The battery in the buds lasts all day long and the case will charge them 5-6 times easily. The sound is formidable, with very rich bass. Perfect for conversations, since you can choose to completely isolate external sounds. Something I did not see on Amazon or the package is the fact that the case can charge wirelessly, which for me was really important. I thought the screen is just a gimmic, but it is surprisingly very versatile, which basically covers the need to take the phone out of your pocket to change music, adjust volume, answer a call, etc. They are also surprisingly comfortable after you find your fit with the 4 different rubber ear tips. Very good value for money, although they are a bit expensive, but for what you are getting, it is definitely reasonable. The only things I could complain about is that when you are listening to music, you cannot see the song you are listening to on the case screen, which i think it is the sonly thing I would improve about them. Also (until you get used to them), the buds kinda fall from your ears. Or maybe that is just me, because I always had issues with earbuds.

Once you find the right fit for your ear, the quality of the sound is excellent. My only gripe: the control on the right earbuds was playing up. Amazon could only offer a refund, despite the earbuds actively being on warranty. Also I could only return them via Everi, which was inconvenient. The product has now increased in price though I was told by a customer service agent that a price match may be available. In short the earbuds are great but the customer service/ aftercare has been poor.

Bought these as a gift - right headphone now does not charge or show up when in the case. So no noise cancelling when you’ve only got one ear working! Out of return window. Hopefully JBL will be able to swap these for a device that works as we will not be getting a replacement set of headphones - these are quite clearly failing due to a design fault having researched online. Avoid at all costs!

Edit: It’s not the tips that prevent a decent fit, it’s how they’re weighted. After trying some AirPods I realised that these just don’t ever feel secure and they pause my audio every time they shift in my ears, which is any time I move my jaw/ talk/ drink etc. It’s a shame because the ANC is really good but they do feel really insecure. Maybe it’s just that they’re not right for me but I’ve given up on them. Also, photo shows the case with an aftermarket silicone cover to protect it. It stops accidental pocket taps. The sound quality is decent. Connectivity is good, with no lag. The case is useful and it supports wireless charging, which was a nice surprise. Battery life is great. The “Find my bud” feature is a godsend. The only con I’ve found is that they don’t fit very securely, even with the tops replaced with memory foam ones. The tip is just a bit too short to provide a secure fit for me. They are usable but I find myself having to fiddle with the fit every few minutes to stop them falling out, which is a pity. With the original tips I couldn’t get them to stay in at all.

Really good sound quality and great battery life. Got 6.5 hours continuous play at half volume.

I have to say I read some reviews and thought did I buy a completely different product, no problem with charging, battery life is good for both case and buds, no issues with disconnecting and I wear these every day and they're in constant use.. maybe there was a bad batch but I have no complaints with mine and I WOULD highly recommend

ok after a few months of using these earphones I can only say one thing, JBL must stop producing earphones phones of this type because they are a real hell in daily use, even if you deactivate all the options to prevent the earphones from going into off mode if you don't use them but only wear them after a while the headphones are offline for no reason, and this is just one of the problems you can have, if then even if possible you want to have a connection with two phones then be prepared to no longer understand anything of what is happening because the headphones do not work well in managing two phones connected at the same time so I advise you to avoid this option, the audio of the headphones I can say that it is not bad as well as the sound compensation and noise cancellation (you can't expect much from non-in-ear earphones ) but basically they do a good job. At the end of everything I can say however that I really regret having spent money to buy these headphones, I wanted to spend a little less to not buy the Apple ones but I think I would have done well to get the Apple ones because these earphones cost really really too much for what they do and I'm sorry to say it but I advise you to spend a little more and get the Apple headphones even if they cost a little more but they work much better than these Don’t waste money to buy this earphones….they is too expensive. Many times when I'm sure I'm connected the headphones are offline even if I turn off all the options to prevent it so then I have to take the case and put the headphones inside to reactivate them to then listen to music or have a phone call Two star is only for the quality of the sound but for the rest they deserve just a start and less….

Pessimo encaixe na orelha e com som muito baixo, não vale nem metade do preço. O JBL tune flex que é mais barato vale muito masi a pena.

These are just fabulous. I was afraid because I'd had my airpods pro for like 4 years and I needed to replace them with something even better, but these earbuds are just amazing. The sound quality is extraordinary, so is the noise cancellation. They are a big yes!
