Great quality, heavy duty. Already made lots of different doughs on it, rolls smooth doesn’t stick(when properly floured)

I am extremely impressed with the Prutomr Dough Proofing Cloth. The quality is top-notch, and it’s very sturdy—definitely built to last for years. The size (35"x26") is perfect for larger batches of dough, and it provides ample space for my baguettes and other loaves to proof properly. The fabric is thick and durable, making it feel professional-grade, and it does an excellent job of absorbing excess moisture from the dough, allowing it to rise without sticking. It’s easy to fold and shape the dough on the cloth, and the material has a nice texture that helps maintain the right environment for optimal proofing. After several uses, it shows no signs of wear or tear, which gives me confidence that it will hold up well over time. The cloth is also easy to clean, and with proper care, I can see it lasting for years to come. If you’re serious about bread-making and want a reliable, long-lasting proofing cloth, this one is a great choice. I’m really happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it to other bakers!

I ordered several baking pieces to work on a bread-baking project I intended for the summer. I was optimistic for cool weather through much of June as we had a three-inch snow the last week in May. I procrastinated long enough for the record-shattering heat wave that has broken every high we have ever recorded in western Montana. Because this is Montana, in every house we built here, I figured air-conditioning was something we could do without. This reasoning also means the oven is something we are doing without this past month! Along with the sourdough baguettes! When the weather breaks—or does climate change mean it never does?—my experiments will continue. With house temperatures still 85 degrees at midnight with windows open to the cool night air, baking takes a back seat to survival! The unique Prutomr Dough Proofing Cloth will be perfect for setting out the dough to proof without shape spoilage or loaves sticking to each other as they rise. The stick-proof feature will make life so much easier. My only concern is that the zigzag stitching of the fabric edge seems a bit loose. This may not be a disadvantage as cleaning will rarely require any more than wiping. This concern may be a completely unnecessary worry. I am looking forward to testing out this and my other baking gear. I'm not just anticipating the break in the blast furnace heat. I'm also hoping for some decent-tasting bread again. Even without testing, I can recommend this item. The friend who recommended it has AC and has used it this summer for her baking. She assures me that I will love it. So, by extension, will you. She promises.
