Rigid have assured return refund but they are not doing it. Amazon call centre confirmed but today on 260725 they are backing out. Very sad to see this poor customer care Amazon should give the money back Rigid firm. Promised tu refund by mail last week on 12th july. Today on 19th they are going back on their word and telling to follow the Amazon return policy and as the time period is over i will be struck with a non performing device

I'm really satisfied with it as I got instant relief from my cervical pain.

User manual doesn't show what each mode will do and guessing with these types of machine is not advisable
