I am naturally a bucket of nerves. I have been dealing with some serious anxiety the last 4 years. Can't take any prescription meds for this because of other meds I have to take. This stuff works great. I haven't had any issues since starting it two weeks ago. Two tablets in the morning and Im good.

I did not realize that drowsiness is a possible side effect since so many reviews say there are no side effects, but it is in fact written on the bottle. For me, this could be an effective nighttime tool for reducing anxiety. However, it makes me feel sedated to the point that I don't see it as a viable option for reducing stress/anxiety during the day. I'm not sure if it makes me less stressed/anxious, or if it just makes me too tired to care. Will not continue using this.
