Best preserved lemons that I have tried. Nice flavor with no off tastes. I like that the lemons are small.

I love these, especially diced up on poached salmon.

The lid was not put on securely and it leaked in the package.

I've always wanted to try preserved lemons. Having added one of these small fruits to a curry, a salad and bowl of cereal (mixture of all-bran, oats, banana, dried fruit & nuts), I can definitely say that these lemons are versatile. Not as bitter as fresh lemons and a great way to use this fruit in variety of dishes.

Part of hamper for chef son. Don't know how they taste as not tried

I use these lemons every week, and for me are an essential pantry staple. I've previously bought these in the shorter but wider jars and found them easy to get out of the jar, however I bought this particular taller but narrower jars (as they were at a considerable discount) and have found that getting the first lemon out of the jar an unnecessary struggle - but the lemons are just as tasty ! I have tried other brands of preserved lemons, but these are my favourites.
