Has anyone considered surgical removing their nipples? What are they good for on men?

Yeah but then you'd be that one guy with no nipples. They serve no purpose.

Will this work under a swimsuit? Or will they fall off?

I primarily use it during my long runs to prevent chafing and bleeding but have noticed that you have to take them out during shower which makes me think they maybe water proof. I have not tried them under a swimsuit and have not attempted swimming in them.

Has any one tried this with a tight thin shirt if so does the out line show through?

First off, I love this product! I only wear them in the summertime with thin shirts and have never had an issue. The covers are band-aid colored. I find them to be very discreet.

If i wear this and nothing else, will it be noticable?

If you are asking if you don't wear a shirt, will you notice these, then the answer is yes. It is like a tan color and don't stick out wildly, but are noticeable.
