The plastic housing fits together poorly. Accurate scale and does exactly what I would expect beyond that. Does what I would expect at the price point.

Terrible! Measured weights fluctuate for the same item weighed repeatedly despite using the supplied calibration weights to verify before weighing items and ensuring that scale is level, etc. Sometimes even the reflected weight for these calibration weights are incorrect. There is simply no consistency at all and therefore the entire purpose for the purchase of the scale is negated. The seller acknowledges that the product is defective but declines to rectify; offering only a 20% discount to "keep it" :-( It doesn't work as advertised, why would I want to keep it? Proceed with caution with this brand. Update: seller has processed a full refund which is great and they are commended for that.
