So far we love our new cameras. The price was great & came to our door lightning fast. In hours with Prime. Very easy to set up. SD card is needed which I bought in Walmart for cheap. Clear, bright images & the Pan/Tilt work seamlessly. The app is also easy to figure out. The cord is nice & long.

These cameras are great! I have the Eufy indoor camera / baby monitor, but left it at home while traveling. I purchased these as a cheap backup and honestly they work just as well for about 1/3 of the price! Such a great value! These aren't 4K HD or anything, but for what they are, the quality is pretty good! (I've attached pics of day and night so you can see for yourself.) The night vision lets you see pretty clearly even in super dark spaces. I have one in an interior closet with basically zero light, and somehow it still "sees" just fine. The night vision is in black and white rather than color, but I’m pretty sure that's true of all night vision cameras. The sound quality is also pretty good. It's far louder than you would expect, so it picks up noise very well. The motion detection feature is also nice. You can change the sensitivity so it doesn't pick up every little rustle in the room. You can also set it to differentiate between random movement and actual humans. I have one of the Tapo stationary cameras in my cat's LitterRobot (I know that's gross, please don't judge me. My cat had a urinary blockage and almost died so now I have to make sure he uses the box at normal intervals 🫣 ) and this helps differentiate if there's a cat in the box or it it's just the robot cycling. I guess that's not the most glowing review if the camera algorithm mixes up a cat and a human... but for my purposes, I appreciate it. Mountability: I don't have my cameras mounted, so I can't tell you how easy it is personally, but I did look into the mounts when I was deciding where I wanted to put them, and they look pretty fool-proof to set up. Overall, it's so worth it. I'd definitely buy these again.

Great cameras, I goth this yo monitor my dog while I'm away from home and they are low delay, responsive cameras, great quality and great video quality as well, the app you download to control these cameras is really simple tonuse and complete. Forgot to mention that they are really easy to set up and comes with all mounts to help you set them where you need them.

I bought this Tapo 2K indoor camera to monitor inside my home, and it works very well. The video quality is clear and sharp, especially compared to basic 1080p cameras. The 2K resolution really makes a difference when zooming in. Setup was simple through the app. It connected to WiFi quickly, and the controls are easy to use. The pan and tilt feature is very useful — I can rotate the camera remotely to see different areas of the room instead of buying multiple cameras. Motion detection works reliably, and I receive notifications right away. Night vision is also clear enough to see details in low light. For the price, I think this is a very good value security camera. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable indoor monitoring solution.

Bought these with low expectations, because for what they were promising for such a low cost had me questioning what I would get. These units absolutely are worth every penny. Super easy to set up, super easy to manage, no problems, glitches, or issues. They just work. Added mini-sd cards later and they notify me and record effortlessly. App is very clean and easy to use. Can add more cameras as you go. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the 2K is for real. Quality is unmatched. However the shutter speed does not exactly have the extra "ooomph" I would prefer. It records like every third step i take when walking towards it - albeit in super high quality.. but if you are looking for super smooth, no chunky video - this isn't it. Overall, I've made two other purchases of these units and have 2 more outdoor cameras from this Tapo line in my cart to purchase for spring to install on the outside of my house. Absolutely worth it.

Love these!! Easy to set up and easy to use!! Just what I was looking for to watch my dog and cat while I’m at work. I love that you can turn it on and off when you want through the app so they get turned off while I’m at home. Camera quality is amazing and you can see multiple angles. Comes with hardware to mount on the wall, but I just have mine on my TV stand and it works great!

This is the second set I purchase and I have a total of four, three are set indoor behind the windows facing outside, make sure turn off night vision cause won’t work thru glass windows, forth one sitting on top of my water heater outside the garage with excellent night vision. Love the hard wire to outlet feature, once you set it up, you can put it anywhere in the house without any installation, very good price, setup and quality.. Literally perfect! First of all, came quickly and not too expensive at all. I waited till it was on sale, but even full price it's good for the quality. No stupid monthly payments like blink, completely functional just out of the box. Paying premium will just give you cloud storage and permanent recording. But you can always just hit record when you see something suspicious happening because it gives you live updates through notifications! Instructions that come in the box are very clear, it comes with the camera and the charger and a mount and screws. (I also bought the doorbell camera) Then you download the tappo app, so so easy. You just connect your phone to the Wi-Fi of your home and then you'll be able to connect the camera to that Wi-Fi and you're pretty much done after that. Everything else is just catering it to yourself. Camera captures very clear visuals and also has night vision which is good. Also the pan feature where you can manually move it up and down from your phone is great for checking around your house. You can connect I think up to 10 cameras? Which is great! And my best and most favorite feature that I have pictures and video of here are that you can have up to four cameras in a grid structure in the app so you can see multiple cameras at once. This camera and the d205 doorbell camera that I have, both have live talking and audio so you can hear what's happening on the camera and people out on the other side of the camera can hear you. And what's amazing about this tp-link pan cam is, as I've shown in my photos, you can set certain directions as kind of waypoints. Sort of like a saved space you would do in a video game. For example, you can see kitchen and living room and hallway. And instead of having to manually drag the camera all the way over there to check what's in the hallway, you can just hit hallway and it'll automatically pan there. Literally I'm so impressed and happy with this it's amazing. I don't really need more than these two right now, since it's just an apartment. But whenever I get a house I will definitely get four so I can have my full grid! I feel so safe. Definitely worth the premium too, considering that. It automatically records suspicious activity and upload it to the cloud for permanent use. It's not some super confusing project where you need an electrician and an engineer and yada yada yada. Just sit on a table or screw it into the ceiling. OR for the doorbell just stick the sticker on the back of the thing and then stick it on the wall and it's done. I swear all together it took me like maybe an hour and I was done with complete setup.
