So far we love our new cameras. The price was great & came to our door lightning fast. In hours with Prime. Very easy to set up. SD card is needed which I bought in Walmart for cheap. Clear, bright images & the Pan/Tilt work seamlessly. The app is also easy to figure out. The cord is nice & long.

These work extremely well. Very easy to set up. They will spin 360 degrees around and 180 up and down. Setup only takes about 10 minutes and installing the micro as is very easy. It is hidden under the camera lenses. Resetting the camera is also very easy only takes seconds. Overall the camera image quality is good and you can easily control the camera from an app on your phone. Mic feature works very well. I use these to check on my dogs throughout the day. Best part is I got a 2 pack for under $30.00.

These cameras are great! I have the Eufy indoor camera / baby monitor, but left it at home while traveling. I purchased these as a cheap backup and honestly they work just as well for about 1/3 of the price! Such a great value! These aren't 4K HD or anything, but for what they are, the quality is pretty good! (I've attached pics of day and night so you can see for yourself.) The night vision lets you see pretty clearly even in super dark spaces. I have one in an interior closet with basically zero light, and somehow it still "sees" just fine. The night vision is in black and white rather than color, but I’m pretty sure that's true of all night vision cameras. The sound quality is also pretty good. It's far louder than you would expect, so it picks up noise very well. The motion detection feature is also nice. You can change the sensitivity so it doesn't pick up every little rustle in the room. You can also set it to differentiate between random movement and actual humans. I have one of the Tapo stationary cameras in my cat's LitterRobot (I know that's gross, please don't judge me. My cat had a urinary blockage and almost died so now I have to make sure he uses the box at normal intervals 🫣 ) and this helps differentiate if there's a cat in the box or it it's just the robot cycling. I guess that's not the most glowing review if the camera algorithm mixes up a cat and a human... but for my purposes, I appreciate it. Mountability: I don't have my cameras mounted, so I can't tell you how easy it is personally, but I did look into the mounts when I was deciding where I wanted to put them, and they look pretty fool-proof to set up. Overall, it's so worth it. I'd definitely buy these again.

Great camera, good app, and RTSP works perfectly. No need to pay a monthly fee for a cloud account to save the videos, this one records to a microSD card (purchased separately) and plays the recording back on demand. It supports microSD sizes up to 512 GB, so you should never run our of storage space for motion triggered recordings. Even if you did run out of storage, this camera has a continuous loop setting to just record new videos over the oldest saved recordings. You can set triggers for recording (with optional phone alerts) when the camera detects motion, a person, or both. So far, the person detection seems accurate, even at a distance of 100 feet. I intend to rely primarily or exclusively on person detection to minimize the number of recorded videos of raccoons and bunnies, etc. You can turn off or adjust the sensitivity of both types of detection independently, which is nice. I had read reviews of Tapos that didn't display their RTSP stream while recording to the micro SD card, but this model streams RTSP even with a microSD card inserted and recording motion. Admittedly, I haven't tested the RTSP while actively recording due to a motion trigger, but at least when configured to record to microSD, the RTSP stream still works great. I bought two, and both worked perfectly out of the box. I didn't even have to retype my WIFI password for the second camera, it remembered it from the first camera. The video quality is good, even in low light conditions when using the daytime settings (both my cameras are behind windows, so I cannot use the built-in LED light to illuminate because the light reflects off the glass). See the attached photos taken in the daylight (and some smudges on the window), at night with a separate flood light, and completely in the dark. With the flood light on at night, the camera picks up colors really well, with better night vision than I have. The app is fairly intuitive and easy to use. It offers excellent features, like turning the status light off, setting up the RTSP account, specifying when to save photos to the micros SD card (on motion trigger or continuously), and a host of other features. I returned a WYZE Cam V4 because WYZE no longer supports RTSP streaming. This Tapo does it, and makes it easy to set up.

It works, WiFi connection works great, picture looks good. There are 3 designs I don’t like, 1 you can’t hear other person talking to you while holding push talk button even after you let go off the push talk button because there’s a couple of second delay. 2 when you press cameras to show both cameras at the same time you have to press play for each camera to see live, and if you look at another screen on your phone, it’ll go back to default not playing live. 3 not good to mount on wall or ceiling because view range is limited, my apartment living room is small, it doesn’t even view to where you could see my door, so it’s best on a table or dresser. I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 because you get what you pay for and it’s a good deal for 2 cameras.

Love these!! Easy to set up and easy to use!! Just what I was looking for to watch my dog and cat while I’m at work. I love that you can turn it on and off when you want through the app so they get turned off while I’m at home. Camera quality is amazing and you can see multiple angles. Comes with hardware to mount on the wall, but I just have mine on my TV stand and it works great!

Great cameras, night vision and motion detection work perfectly. App is easy to use, lots of features are free. Seamless connection to wifi.
