I like these flower remedy sets a lot. I have two of them and find them to be helpful for me. I took a local class on using them a few years ago so I was familiar with them but hadn't used them in awhile. I really like that the newer remedies don't have alcohol in them. The flavors are okay tasting too. I like how these sets work. It is easy to pull up the bottles inside with a pull on the cardboard, pull out the one(s) you want, use them, put them back and they stay nice. The bottles come well sealed--actually I had a hard time getting the seal off but that was okay since it stayed sealed good in shipping. I was pleased and I would re-order these. Mine were also quite fresh and don't expire until Sept. 2027 so they do last awhile.I hope you find my review helpful.

I am familiar with this brand and lord knows I need as much motivation as I can get. I decided to try this set, and I took it as directed. While it kind of tastes weird to me, I kept using each bottle until they ran out. However, I am not really sure if I noticed any kind of effects as a result of taking them.
