It’s high protein, taste good! Great morning
This oatmeal was a wonderful breakfast the two weeks before my surgery. It’s not the consistency that regular oatmeal has. I figured out the less water you put in the more. It seems like regular oatmeal. The maple brown sugar is really good. I have two others at home different taste that I’m looking forward to try. The taste is good. If you wanted a little sweeter, sprinkle a little splendor on it and you’re good to go!

Lower carbs
Lower cabs than BariWise, but there are no oatmeal flakes. Just powder. Taste is good. I always add butter and 2 eggs

Less sweetener more fiber
Fair product but not Oatmeal. A little to sweet with the sweetener could back off a little so you don't get that after taste of the sweetener compound like you get is soft drinks and other products. I added to mine some wheat germ and fruit and a splash of whipping cream. The contents of that improvement should be made by a company. It is good with those improvements.

Not bad but not sure if I would buy again
UPDATE UPDATED REVIEW 10/21/20 I decided to follow the instructions on how to heat up the oatmeal, to see if that makes a difference and it does. I posted picture of the outcome and u can see the difference from the pucture. I suggest you eat this right away so the taste and the texture won't change on you if u wait. I made it in the morning and put it in my lunch bag, got to work and started eating it, its better texture than before but since I waited 30min to eat it car drive to work, its not a great taste its doable. Im afraid to heat it up because I don't want it to get sticky which Might happen but not sure. Eating it lukewarm sucks because its a bit slimy. I like to eat my meals hot. Im sure I would of liked it much better if I ate it right away when it was just made. I don't know if I would purchase again. At least I don't want to throw up anymore I don't know what it is but the consistency is chewy and it doesn't taste like apples and cinnamon. It looks gooey and I frankly don't like it, makes me want to throw up, no sure if it's the texture or the way it feels in my mouth. It's like eating glue (Never done that but it reminds me of that texture). I am not sure if it's because I didn't follow the instructions on how to heat it up. I will try tomorrow and follow the instructions which I doubt that has anything to do with the taste.

Great Breakfast option

More of a paste than an oatmeal
So the taste is fine, similar to a cinnamon oatmeal. The texture, however, is more like a clumpy paste. If you have reactions to odd textures, this might not be for you. The product is a very fine powder and that powder can get everywhere, especially on your clothes…or maybe I’m a bit sloppy! One of my biggest frustrations is the scoop. WHY make a scoop that is too small for one scoop to be a serving size? A scoop and a half!? Either give me a smaller scoop and say “2 scoops!” Or give me a larger scoop and make it 1 scoop for 1 serving. It’s that simple! Instead, I’m in the kitchen splitting the second scoop into what i hope is “half” a scoop. Dumb! BTW: 1.5 scoops is about 1/4 cup. So 1/4 cup powder and 1/2 cup of very hot water and you’ll have a tasty paste.

The most important thing to know is please beware of all ingredients!
The item was Ok, But I didn’t know or realize that some of the ingredients were an issue for me .Xanthan Gum, Caramel color,Sucralose, Sodium Bicarbonate.!!!
