WEAVER Grooming Kit

This is the second Weaver leather grooming kit I’ve purchased, and I’m once again very satisfied. I’ve bought hundreds of grooming essentials over the years and this kit is my favorite. The brushes are high quality, and comfortable to use. The bristles don’t fall out, and maintain their shape even after cleaning and heavy use. For your money, you won’t find a higher quality set of grooming tools, or a better tote. I love the variety of colors, and portability. I decided to buy one for each of my horses, to alleviate the chance of spreading any bacteria or potential skin issues. At this value I can actually afford to.

Purchased this for my fiance and she loves it! has come in handy on more than one occasion. I like that this had a couple of color options. We share a tack room with our family as most would and do. This is nice way of keeping your stuff to you and easy to find, not to mention has saved some trips back and forth. Has a nice selection of quality brushes and combs. Has been more useful than we have expected. As this product can hold more than what it comes with. The bucket/pale portion, however, you would like to view it as has a nice draw string. This helps keep everything together nice and neat when and you know where to find it when you are done and keeps everything together in the trailer when we travel. Works great for showing horses as I have stated earlier keeps everything together and you know where to find it. We have not utilized the side pockets as we fear it that some of our brushes and combs could fall out. However, if you do use that option the center could be used to keep feed or extra riding gloves and other accessories in. Side pockets have been nice for us to put small spray bottles of fly spray in. Wish I had purchased a long time ago has been so handy and convenient to have. When showing you definitely know that it is yours and fun way to accessorize yourself. After people have seen have convinced them numerous times to get their own or so they have said anyway. Her mother and sister and myself included are considering getting ones of our own. Keeps the tack shed looking nice and clean as well. I bought this to learn how to bond with/ groom a newly acquired horse on our family ranch and she seemed to like it just fine, but the donkey LOVED being brushed with the dandy brush and the face brush. I'm very new to equine life, but after a bit of research about the proper tools I think this kit worked out great for us. It was really easy to carry around and all of the tools fit either inside the pouch, or you can use the pouch to store towels/ fly spray and put the tools in the nifty little pockets on the outside.

Really like the grooming kit but first issue was product description is wrong you don't get all the items listed in description this was confirmed by vendor. Next issue the mane and tail brush after one week of us has about 12 broken bristles around the edge and towards the middle. The hoof pick could do with a brush had to buy one with a brush. Most annoying thing is the skirt inside the tote bag it catches on the items as you try to take them out of tote bag. Having said that the items fit nicely in my hand and are great to use.

VERY CHEAPLY MADE. expensive price for using the hoof pic for the first time and it broke in half. Also the shell on my NEW NEVER USED BRUSH came completely off.

I bought this in the Pink/Gray color and love the bag, but the brushes/combs are very cheaply made. After using it for less than a week on one horse, the body brush broke. The hard plastic piece on top came off. The hoof pick does not have bristles, and the mane comb is so wide toothed it doesn't do anything. For the price, I'm very disappointed in this Weaver product!

This is a great Starter Kit. It is not for someone with multiple horses and I do not see it holding up longer than a year since we have 4. However, if you need something quickly, and will get the job done, this is it.We rescue Kill Pen horses and Donkeys and use every product in the bag as soon as we get them home. They work as they should, I just fear they will not hold up to monthly baths and constant grooming on all 4 or our rescues.However, I would buy this again, and recommend it to anyone needing something that is complete and is in a hurry to get it.

This is a cute collection of grooming essentials for a horse or pony. They are all of good quality and a good size for her hands. I bought this set for my granddaughter for the pony I bought her. We got the pink set because, well, she’s a girly girl. She was delighted with each of the pieces. The bag will be handy to carry all of the tools to lessons and even has room for her helmet. I’ve been teaching her horsemanship through the winter to get her ready for riding lessons in the spring. Part of horsemanship is grooming, which helps the pony gain trust and security in her human.

came early that was nice havent used it just yet but seems to be everything im gonna need (picking up my horse tomorrow) first time with this product so fingers cross will last a good long while brushes fit in hand really well & very comfy lexi will enjoy being groomed by this im sure of it

This is a great value for someone who lives 2 hours away from any tack store. The brushes are decent quality and there’s lots of space in the bag to add a few extras. A couple of these brushes have an oster style brush grip which I don’t care for. It makes gripping the brush awkward. I mainly use a rubber curry comb or a mit to clean dry mud off legs but this kit doesn’t have anything good for that besides a hard point shed style comb. Overall though I am very pleased and would recommend this to anyone looking for a brush set. It gets the job done.

good quality products and good price!!i have other grooming tools i purchased individually but this kit had everything else i needed for my new horse and was much cheaper!! i just bought a similar bag and less tools and brushes than this came with and it costed me about $35 more!!!

It's mostly plastic stuff is decent quality, took it to go see my new horse that's been left out in the pasture for years. Got through her mane and tail no problem. I'm sure there's better but does the trick. Having the bag to haul it in is handy too. Will build up from here but will work well for me!

I ordered this for my daughter for Christmas, (she has horses), she loves it and has found it very useful and well thought out in what should go in a grooming bag, the bag and tools are sturdy and are made of good quality material, the price was good but the shipping was crazy slow, everyone thought it was lost in the mail forever, seller offered to refund my money and said (if it ever shows up just keep it) so how's that for an amazing seller as well.
