It's a very fine product very well made. Unfortunately for me, I'm 82 years old and have problems lifting things And that was the problem with the massager was just too heavy for my old bones.But again, it's a very fine product.And I would endorse it.

This thing is great Heavy duty unit.
I use it 1/2 hour in the morning and 1//2 in the evening. Pad is soft enough yet firm enough to make a real difference in reliving the tension. Worth the extra money if your going to use it everyday.

Not the one I thought
I am disappointed in this - I thought it had the dial to change the rate of vibration but it just has an on off switch. I bought it for my elderly mom and she has trouble returning things so we are keeping. I have the better one with the dial and that’s the one I bought for my mother in law. I hate it my mom is stuck with this one. She won’t complain but I would have wanted her to have the better version.

Cannot get the battery to charge.
We absolutely loved this device. Hands down one of the of our favorites. We received this as a gift as a wedding gift and we would use it a few times a week. However it no longer holds a charge. So disappointed because we’ve only had this for 2 months this and we cannot get it to hold a charge.

It is a brilliant massager if you are on the receiving end of it however, if you are using it the vibration through your hands and arms is very powerful indeed, in fact quite uncomfortable. Also, the one I purchased died within three months
