Best tofu coagulant along with gdl
Use 2 grams of calcium chloride and 2 grams of GDL for coagulating 2 litres of soya milk(to be extracted from 250 gram soaked soya beans). The result is awesome. Bazar ka doodh wala paneer bhool jaoge.
