Voice clarity is good. But the location tracking sucks big time. It is off by more than 300 meters which is not at all close to accurate. Not worth 5000 bucks. Video calling should have been made available atleast.

Nothing Works Without SIM. If you are planning to purchase assuming it might be functioning with Bluetooth or standalone. This isn't the watch you should be purchasing. This doesn't even show proper time without a simcard in it. I regret purchasing it

1 month of a hellish experience talking to noise helpline and after getting it "serviced" and "resolved" at their service center and it still is awful. It's a cheap bad quality product which you would expect if you paid 1000. Primary purpose of a kids smartwatch is to show accurate location. This fails. Shows a location that is 2 lanes away. The video call quality will make you feel like a time capsule talking to someone in the 90s through a webcam. Voice messages will lag by a couple of minutes in sending and recieving. Tested with airtel, vi and jio...Basically, godforbid, if there's an emergency, this watch will make you palpate and worry more than it will give you peace of mind. And the customer service is an endless series of hold and callbacks and repeated processes. Please spend a little more and get the imoo watch. Don't bother with this unless you want a toy and not a functional watch for your child.

Dear Noise Support Team, I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the persistent issues I have faced with my product. Despite raising 3–4 complaints in the past, each has been closed without actually resolving my problem. Now, as I attempt to register my complaint for the fifth time, your system prevents me from doing so, stating that I have already registered multiple complaints and directing me to contact your support number. However, when I call the support number, I am repeatedly given a link, which does not help me solve my issue. This endless loop has left me fully frustrated with your service. I expect a prompt and effective resolution. Please assign someone to call me directly to resolve my issue at the earliest convenience. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue further. Kindly do the needful and contact me as soon as possible.

The product is good for calling. Material used is okey. Charging speed is good. Battery backup is good. Looks good. Call quality is good. Overall is an average product. GPS is always showing wrong location. Buddy app needs lot of improvements.
