This is a great suitcase. Sturdy, great wheels, and is great for carry on. I bought this little suitcase a year ago, and the wife used it as on overnight travel case which worked really well. I used the suitcase for my trip to South East Asia and it was a godsend. It holds so much! I was allowed 8kg as a carry-on and this handled it really well. It was great for all my tech goodies which were protected really well by the hard case. It fits easily in the overhead locker and is easy to remove as well. The zipper has worked flawlessly. I would highly recommend this little suitcase.

I just love this cabin bag you can get so much stuff in it and it’s light and easy to wheel about and the compliments I get from women always ask where I got it from 😀 excellent quality the only thing I wish it had is a little pocket on the outside but apart from that my little Betsy cabin bag is amazing so I would highly recommended 🥰

I recently ordered this suitcase and was excited to receive it for an upcoming trip. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it had a massive cut on the side, which was disappointing to say the least. However, I contacted customer service, and they were quick to arrange a replacement. The replacement suitcase itself is excellent, and I'm happy with the quality. It seems sturdy and durable, which is exactly what I needed for my travels. The reason I'm deducting one star from my rating is the lack of communication regarding the replacement process. They didn't respect the initially promised dates, and I had to constantly reach out to customer service to get updates. This was particularly stressful because I had travel plans and needed the suitcase by a certain date. It felt like I was left in the dark for a while. However, I'm relieved to say that the replacement suitcase did arrive right on time for my trip, and it performed admirably during my travels. So, while the initial experience was frustrating, the product itself and the eventual resolution were satisfactory.

This suitcase was a perfect size, durable, and looks great. Only thing lacking was the pad lock system for the zips, it is very weak and made cheaply but in most cases people use their own metal padlocks. I personally didn’t need one as this was a carry on luggage but would recommend this as great value for money

Came recommended - it’s a great value and great quality product. Has served the flight purpose and is such a great product for short Uk Trips. Can pack lots in and zipped closure is really easy. Really pleased and would recommend- need to check airline comparability

Bought in June 2024. 2 trips to Europe and wheels don’t swivel. They don’t look damaged but you can’t push the case as the wheels get stuck when case is on the ground. Contacted seller to ask for info on replacement wheels. At first, they appeared helpful asking for documentation of sale. Then asking for photos so they could check out the offending part. After that, asking for a video to be able to better identify the wheels. Having complied with all of that over several weeks, I received a very curt letter stating that the item was out of guarantee and no further action could be taken. They could have told me at the outset and all I was asking was for info, nothing else. Instead, they strung me along and I got the runaround so NO, Not impressed at all! On to the actual case - lovely look, perfect size for BA & Easyjet largest hand luggage. Very nice inside too. Such a shame about the fact that the wheels really don’t last long and what is worse, you obviously can’t replace them. Case only used twice and only as hand luggage so not thrown about by handlers. Durability really NOT GOOD!

Lovely case and is a great size for going away on business trips for a few days. The only thing I would say is that I have never had so much stress trying to work out the original combination code to open my case. I have never had these types of cases before therefore I literally started panicking thinking I’ve just spent £45 for a faulty case? You do not get a set of keys with this case you need to use the ‘original’ combination code that’s already set. After a while of googling and panicking I managed to open this to use. To my surprise I found the instructions on how to open or use the lock feature inside the case with the original combination code that you type in for the lock to open….Strange way to put instructions in a locked case!! not very user friendly especially for people who have never used these cases before.

Comodissimo, viaggiato con lui in Giappone, Thai, Taiwan, Korea a Cina. Leggerissimo, piccolo, spazioso e duraturo. Perfetto davvero!

Wheels are broken after two short trips

Llevo utilizando esta maleta casi tres años (unos 7 viajes) y estoy muy satisfecha. La maleta parece nueva, si se ensucia se puede limpiar fácilmente con un paño húmedo. El mango retráctil y las ruedas funcionan muy bien. En el interior hay unas correas adicionales para fijar bien el contenido y un bolsillo. Hay un pequeño candado para protección adicional. Mi maleta es de color negro, pero si hubiera sabido que el material sería de tan alta calidad y duradero, habría elegido algun otro color. A juzgar por las fotos, los modelos de otros colores se ven muy bonitos.
