I’ve been using Rule1 protein for over a year. Great taste, low carbs and a good amount of BCAA’s. If you just mix it in water you’re not getting the most out of it. If you want the best taste out of it, mix it cold. My suggestion is use a blender/Ninja with 2 scoops of whey, a scoop of PB Fit, 4 oz water and add 9 ice cubes. It taste like your having ice cream.

Was a fan of the fruity cereal flavor so I thought I'd try this one and yeah no. I almost can't chug it it tastes so bad

TASTES ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC. Had to add PB powder to it to make it drinkable, and that was mixed with water. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
