Cheap material. Does not look like wonderchef. Whenever I cook using these utensils it smells. I discarded the utensils

The utensils are really great, durable, sturdy, easy to clean, and the nonstick coating is quite a good one,provided one knows how to take care of them properly. Nonetheless, if Wonderchef is eyeing the market to become a premium nonstick cookware company then they should really look into the matter of after sales service. In that regard they are shoddy, unprofessional, clueless, abrupt and unhelpful. Also the grip of the glass lids can be a bother. After several uses the thread just conks and the grip becomes loose, making it a dangerous thing to use in the kitchen. They should rectify this as thse things matter when we buy such stuff with a hefty price tag.

I have started using this product in 2021 , it’s not even a month and it’s turned black in centre , all three pans, they give foul smell, some manufacturering defect is there , I request them to kindly exchange or refund as have contacted many times but no response so using this Amazon platform thou I really don’t want to make it public if I am getting exchange or refund , matter ends , I will be careful next time in trusting any new brand . Please help ...request to Amazon team to contact the company directly as it has two years warranty , I purchased it in Oct near Dhanteras but started using in new year . Thanks .
