Bought a 20x4 fat tire ebike and before even riding it I installed these liners and then put some Flat out into the tubes. Front tire I disassembled and installed easily. Back tire I left attached to the bike and slid it in between the tube and tire, was a headache but doable. I'm now 300+ miles and still flat free *knock on wood* which is saying something cause my kids can't even ride down the sidewalk for a block without catching a flat. 10/10 would headache again.

Does NOT work. These guards are crap. I bought these for my son, we live in Florida and he kept running over sand spurs and getting flats. Thieve did not help. Still getting punctures. Also, when you insert the strip in the tire, it does not mold to the tire. Flat material does not sit flat on a rounded surface. Do not buy.
