I approached this robot vacuum purchase with considerable skepticism, but it has unequivocally shattered all my low expectations and left me absolutely blown away! From unboxing to operation, the setup process was remarkably simple and user-friendly. It's genuinely captivating to observe its intelligent design at work, particularly how efficiently it maps out vast areas, ensuring comprehensive coverage without missing any zones. The mopping function is a true standout, delivering an excellent clean while drastically reducing water consumption compared to manual or even other automated cleaning methods. My initial investment was for a large-scale business operation where the sheer size of the floor made regular vacuuming and mopping an exhausting and time-consuming task. This robot has completely revolutionized my cleaning routine, freeing up invaluable time and effort. I am so thoroughly impressed with its performance and the tangible benefits it provides that I promptly purchased a second unit for my personal home. I cannot recommend this robot highly enough; it represents exceptional value and is unequivocally worth the investment.

First ever robot vacuum I have. As a techy guy who likes a clean house but can’t be bothered to lift a finger this was a no brainer for me. The robot is well built and has a good base. I got it to do a map which it did pretty accurately. Was pretty surprised at just how much dirt it picks up, and that’s just on normal mode, not even the max mode. The spacial awareness is quite impressive, for example it cleans the hallway perfectly that I marked out and won’t touch any of the other bedrooms if I don’t ask it to. It’s fairly quiet, can be a bit loud when self emptying but that’s only for a few seconds and the base is in the corner of another room so doesn’t bother me. My only issues so far are carpet tassels (at my grans house), she has quite dated rugs that have long fringes, the robot can get caught up in them and you will have to manually fix it. The app overall is pretty good but sometimes it’s a bit buggy, for example I was having it clean the hallway but the app says it’s charging ie docked at the base. The app seemed to be updated regularly though so should be fixed in future I reckon. Haven’t tried the mop feature yet but will do soon, I will get it to mop my bathrooms. I think it would be great to set on a schedule every day when you’re at work etc and no one is home. I’m planning to move it to my grandads house where I stay for uni, the whole ground floor can get very dirty and we have a dog who sheds hair all the time so that will be very interesting to see how much it picks up. Edit: The first night of using it, it decided to clean the hallway at 3.38am without it being asked to or no schedule etc. I happened to be awake at that time so quickly grabbed it and turned it off, will be using do not disturb feature from no one but no idea why it did that.

I absolutely love this product , was really sceptical but it surpassed every worried thought I had , suction power is great she leaves lines in my carpet which I just love , she leaves my floor sparkling clean on tiles , easy to set up and app so easy to use once you have mapped your areas , great value for money , Shark you are the best

To say that I was excited to receive, set up , and use this robot hoover would be an understatement. I’ve always wanted one, and decided to treat myself……well it is Christmas after all! I chose a SHARK as I have a variety of other products from them, and have always found them to be excellent. I followed all the instructions regarding setup and mapping, and off I went! It quickly became apparent that the mapping, with the avoidance of certain areas, including rugs and carpet, was very unreliable. The fact that if you live in a two, or more floored home, the mapping becomes very tedious, unrealistically complex, and very cumbersome. The product went onto rugged areas, becoming embedded in an expensive rug, no matter how many times I went through the mapping process to avoid this happening. All in all, this product was poorly designed, expensive, and at times , just not fit for purpose. Sadly, after a few weeks of disastrous attempts to hoover and mop a few rooms , I simply gave up, and returned to Amazon.
