This product is very easy to use and makes small mooncakes. It's a great value for the money. The ease of releasing the mooncakes depends on the type of dough used; you may need to add more oil or flour to help with the release. The handle design is ideal for pounding out the mooncakes.

A great cookie mold to make Maamoul (date cookies). I found using cooking spray helped release the cookie easily. The designs are intricate and I like that I can make cookies in batches.
