The change in weather in Pune coupled with rising dust in the surrounding made me go crazy with hair problem. After trying multiple products suggested by salon managers, I finally ended up with the best household name H&S. To my surprise, the product worked wonders. I was concerned initially of the chemical which could have been mixed with the shampoo but upon application and significant lathing formed, I found it to be pretty nice and it didn't really cause any damage to hair or the scalp. While I am not very sure of its performance pertaining to dandruff, the product undoubtedly worked well for smoothening the hair and cleansing it well particularly when your hair is all messed up with dirt. I think, for now, I will stick to this.

It was delivered as sold and just what I need. I couldn't find Head & Shoulders in my city here in Japan, so getting it from Amazon is a relief. It took a while to arrive because it was shipped from overseas. Nonetheless, I am happy with my purchase.

Easy to use.

I did get a full refund for this item but just a heads up for anyone thinking of buying it. It ships to Japan from India and took over a month to arrive. When it arrived it was dingy and gross looking and had gunk all over it. The bottle was yellowing and seemed like it was used from before.
