Best product/ Best thermoflask

The product is defective.
It is very worst bottle we have kept hot tea, with tighen the lid properly, that is getting cold when we serve after 4 hours.Waste of money as we have test on milton that's why we have purchased such bottle, this is the first time we have experienced bad quality of products.
