I had been waiting for the day to come in which I can get my hands on this printer I am so happy I finally got one!!! Cindy is super nice as well as the engineer team and are super helpful!! The colors come out super vibrant. Set up was really easy. I did run into a hiccup but the engineers were extremely helpful! It works super great!

I absolutely love this printer! It arrived about a week ahead of schedule! I didn't install immediately but when I did it was easy to set up due to the informative step by step videos. The customer service is great as well. They stayed in contact with me and offered support with setting it up if needed. I've already been printing so many things and am happy with my purchase. I must say that I am really happy with this printer. It came in earlier than expected and it was during the holidays so that was already a great start. The printer does an amazing job with images. It prints out really nice and vibrant colors. Customer service has also been amazing and they stay in constant contact with you to ensure everything is working perfectly with the printer. I have had nothing but a great experience with the product and customer service. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the market for a dtf printer.

I don't even know where to starrt. Talking about this was one of my scarest purchases for my small business. After hours of research i know i made the right decision. I love it already. The main thing that pulled me to this printer was the customer service. When I tell you that it is everything. I was very fearful about putting it together but now because of Davey I am at ease. I am so grateful and excited about this purchase. I am ready to make beautiful things. Thanks to customer service I believe I got this now.

Wonderful product to create beautiful DTF transfers. The functionality of the printer and baker give the results that create the best transfers. The print speed is great and the ink capacity used is affordable. Easy to reach customer service and quick response time for any questions. Used for a small business my daughter and I have and get wonderful feedback with the use of this printer and baker.

The media could not be loaded. At first, I had problems loading the software. I was able to Skype with customer service representative Cindy and Jerry (one of the engineers) who both did a fantastic job getting the software installed and I was on my way! So far, this DTF printer operates smoothly. The RIP software is fairly simple to navigate. I recommend this product.
