Philips AquaTouch AT610/14 Men's Shaver (Black)

Have been using the Philips AquaTouch for two years now, and bought this as a replacement. This is a great wet shaver, but recommend you use shaving foam with a bit of moisturiser for best results. Delivery as usual, was superb. One tip. if you need to regularly trim , then go for a separate trimmer and a shaver. This is because Philips also sells another AquaTouch model with a pop-up trimmer, but this combo piece doesn't do the job as well as a dedicated trimmer. Cost-wise, it would work out to be similar if you buy them separately. Very nice shaver. Only request to Philips - Please make the replacement blades available here in India as well. I couldn't find any online or in the shops, and this is the only reason that I've had to buy another piece after two years. Otherwise my old one is also working perfectly well.

I have been using electric shavers since many years now. Uptill now I have only used dry shavers of Phillips and Remington rotary as well as foil shavers, all of them were disappointing in only one way that the problem area was under the neck, where it caused maximum irritation, but the new dry/wet shavers from Phillips are a very pleasant surprise. The shave is a quick and fast. In my opinion, using electric shavers is much like shaving with a razor for the first time. One will need time to master the art of electric shaving, but once you are comfortable with it, every thing is fast and easy. In my opinion the new Auatouch shavers are a huge improvement over the dry shavers. Kudos to Phillips, the shaver performed beyond my expectation.

First of all the looks of the product is awsome Secondly it has a unique stylish and an aesy to use power button unlike anyother shaver Third its rotating blade give you that smooth shave Fourth you can use it with shaving foam and can wash it after use with water And the last of all at this price point its a steal for this kinda product..thanks Amazon for the offer and for the fast delivery ... So if you are looking for a shaver then dont think about it just go for it ...beleive me its amazing..

EDIT 2: Totally dead. EDIT: After 7 months of low usage I have to say this is a pathetic product. The only indicator on this device now has a constant orange glow and the manual has absolutely no explanation for this. The device will still work fine if you charge it for 15-20 minutes before use but the constant light will eventually drain the battery out which means you'll have to recharge it before every use - this is not what I paid for. tl;dr: In just 7 months the device malfunctioned by just lying in its place. Not at all worth buying. ================ Gives a good shave, but is quiet ineffective on the neck region. While the product is good, the description on Amazon is mostly bogus and overselling its features, for example, the product description on Amazon clearly states that the product supports operation by connecting the power cord: "Whilst you are planning a shave, ***take advantage of both corded and cordless shaving, that is backed by this shaver***. For a wireless shave, you need to charge this shaver for 10 hours. If you don't like to get hassled with another device to remember and charge, simply plug it for a clean shave.", however the actual product only works on battery (it won't start the blades if connected to a power source) - this is mentioned on the box as well.

Have been using it since last two and a half years and haven't faced any issues. Cleaning it is a task though, but have been satisfied with the shaving finish. Smooth and without any leftovers. Haven't changed the blades, when it has been more than two years. Grip js really good and it does what it says. Moves around smoothly over different areas of the face. Charging is fine. Not good not bad. Works two times in one full charge.

Overall not a bad product but battery is weak. Needs continuous charging for 24 hrs which gets me less than 2 shaves. If I use it on the 2nd day without charging,low battery sign glows up in the mid of shave . There is no indicator of full charging. Charging port or the junction of charger & the shaver is also not good.It lacks proper contact. Sometimes charging light is on, suggesting proper contact but even after 24 hrs of charging it doesn't work

It is really a good shaving option for people with disability or under treatment for various disease or conditions, it works quiet well, although shaving isn't as clear as can be achieved with a manual razor, but its ok. A number of cheap but well functioning products are available in the market but as I had to use it to shave an elderly patient (my father) I didn't wanted to take any chance. Its design helps is consumer friendly and skin doesn't gets in direct contact of the blades. It can be charged once a week and works throughout the week. although charging is a long process its takes a few hours. There seems to be only one drawback of this product right now, spare blades are costly and not available everywhere.
