Useful product, has eased effort of cooking
Its a good product. The extra jar in the Plus model is useful as it means you can chop two things while cooking without having to clean the jar in between. Only issue is the button at the top is a bit unreliable. It is sometimes stuck in on position, but not visible that it is, so while switching in power you have to be careful. But the chopper itself is a big help. Chops everything and because of small size very easy to handle and clean as compared to a dedicated food processor. A mixer/ grinder and a chopper together will meet your needs better than food processor.

Bad product
Today only I used Glen 35ltr otg after 12 days from received date because of no 15HMS plug point in my home & electrician was not available....I order dec 30th & I got it on 2nd of Jan... but conviction fan is not working when I used today... Return window also closed.. I called customer service manytimes today but call did not connected. Pls don't go for glen product.

glan is a brand name and we can trust
Glen is a brand name , but the OTG I recd was not working , the service engineer replaced the heating rod element but still I am unable to understand whether the thermostat is working properly or not

Baking tray issue only.
Baking tray is little bit damaged from corner.Its better if u can change this tray.
