Leaking cap
The product is very good. Cheap price. But product packing is not good. Though it has a sealed cap and plastic cover, the oil is still leaking. The quality of the cap needs improvement

All Oils are 100% fat calories and are very low in nutritive value so what if its VCO
All oils are atherogenic - tending to promote the formation of fatty deposits in the arteries. diabetogenic - That produces diabetes. obesogenic- tending to cause obesity. NO EXCEPTIONS All Oils are 100% fat calories and are very low in nutritive value so what if its VCO They are all 4010 calories per pound and obesogenic or cause obesity I created a youtube video that will help you a lot == How much cooking oil should one use daily ? Esp when countering heart disease or Obesity == No more than 7% of your daily calories should come from saturated fat , so if you consume 2000 calories your saturated fat intake should be no more than 14 gms . I would also like to point out that coconut oil has more saturated fat than butter or Lard . coconut oil is 87% saturated fat and is the worlds best way to consume the most saturated fat . Be mindful of how much you use . High Cholestrol foods that comes from animal products/ dairy and food high in saturates should be avoided . Oils are not whole foods or food as grown or as it exits in nature , you need 14 ears of corn to get 1 table spoon of corn oil . Its empty calories which are very concentrated . Be it OIL or be it SUGAR they are not health treats but taste treats Its so sad recent flawed studies have convinced us that eggs are healthy , saturated fat and cholestrol has no effect on heart disease , that cheese is actually healthy and stuff like VCO and Olive oils are healthy fats ..but it cant be further from the truth . basically all oils are isolated concentrated unreal fat sources they are not whole foods or real foods or food as grown primarily eat food as it exists in nature oil, sugar , jaggery , honey and protien powders even multi vitamins are all isolated concentrated nutrients thats why i reckon they are just taste treats , some are relatively better than the other and people do consume these thinking its good fats and wonder why they cant lose weight I do not though deny that we do need 10-20% of our calories from fat but NO more. The fats you eat are the fats you wear , it goes from you lips to your hips (Dr John Mcdougall) and deposits under your skin and over your skin . Other ways to choose oil if you must use it 1. Oils should be the color of the stuff it came from 2. Should be filtered not refined 3. should be thick not colorless 4. should be cold pressed 5 virgin or extra virgin 6. Should have a high smoking point and coconut oil does have it high , and is thus suitable for high heat cooking . My best advice to you would be to severely limit it or just eat your coconut not use it as oil or use some nuts and seeds or include a slice of avocado in your salad to consume good fats . The only real way to moderate fat is by consuming food as it grows and even then you exercise control with nuts and seeds..caloric dilution is the real solution to weight issues . By using whole plant based foods and limiting caloric density to 567 calories / pound u maintian or reset health . Do u thiunk oils at 4010 calories/ pound qualify ?

The best oil to nourish your hair
This is the best oil for hair oiling as well as for cooking. It is non-sticky. It is double sealed fully with a plastic sheet on the outside and a plastic seal on the mouth. The aroma is mild and soothing. You can use it to oil your hair everyday because the oil is light-weight. I've been using this oil for the past 5 years so I would definitely recommend it to everyone. And like any other oil or shampoo, it will not help you to grow your hair thick or long. It can only nourish your existing hair and protect it from breakage. New hair growth is possible only through food intake. And nutrients play an important role in stopping hair loss. So if you are in the hopes to grow new hair and stop your hair loss then you will be disappointed with this product and it has nothing to with the product's quality. Apart from that you can give it a try.
