PERFECT FOR OONI KODA 16!
The Cuisinart CCB-339 Pizza Stone Cleaning Brush is a great addition to any pizza lover's tookit. This brush is specifically designed to clean pizza stones, which can be difficult to clean without damaging them. First and foremost, the brush is extremely effective at cleaning pizza stones. The bristles are strong and durable, but gentle enought to not scratch or damage the stone. The brush' sdesin makes it easy to get into all the nooks and crannies of the stone, ensuring that every bit of debris and leftover toppings are removed. Another great feature of the Cuisinart CCB-399 Pizza Stone Cleaning Brush is its build quality. The handle is made of solid wood and is comfortable to grip. The bristles are securely attached to the handle and do not shed or fall out during use. Overall, this brush feels very well-made and durable. One minor issue with the brush is that the bristles can be difficult to clean thoroughly after use. However, this is a common issue with any cleaning brush and can be easily remedied by soaking the bristles in warm soapy water for a few minute. Overall, I would highly recommend the Cuisinart CCB-339 Pizza Stone Cleaning Brush to anyone who frequently uses a pizza stone. It's effectiveness, durability, and ease of use make it a great investment for any pizza enthusiast.

Bristles are not heat resistant
I think the quality of this was well-made however the material could be improved. Specifically on the bristles. I purchased this to use on an outdoor pizza oven that sometimes needs the stone to be scraped to remove debris in between pizzas. This does mean that the pizza oven is hot, however, the bristles melted on this even with just a quick in and out. It seems that metal bristles would’ve been a better choice. This is probably best suited for cleaning a grill that has cooled off.

a decent sstone cleaning brush thats safer than wire brushes
This brush does a pretty decent job of cleaning my pizza stone. I see people complaining that the bristles have fallen off but it seems like they don't read the directions and try to use it on hot stones or while the oven is running. You definitely need to wait until the stone and oven are completely cool (i.e. room temperature) before using it When you use it at the right temperature the bristles stay on just fine. I like the natural bristles because I have concerns about the metal particles and rust residue that can get left behind from a metal brush. In addition, the metal brushes are probably too abrasive for a pizza stone. If your cooking on a pizza steel they may be a better choice but not for a stone. That being said, this brush isn't going to return your pizza stone to looking brand new. It's going to lighten it up a couple of shades and take off any build up from the surface of the stone. At that point what stains remain on the stone are purely cosmetic and should have no impact on your pizza results. Overall its a good brush at a great price. Highly recommended (if used according to the directions).

Good Brush for Pizza Oven
I wanted a natural brush for my pizza oven stone as was concerned with a metal bristle breaking off and getting into the food or damaging the stone. This brush does the job, however, only use when the oven is warm or cold, not when the stone is 750 degrees.

Nice Brush but....
This brush is well but and very sturdy, the only issue I had with this brush are the bristles do not hold up against a very hot pizza stone. The bristles started to smolder and burn while cleaning the stone in my wood fired Ooni. The temperature was between 750-850F.

Works fine; need to wait until oven cools before using the brush
I purchased this pizza stone brush for my Ooni Koda 16 outdoor pizza oven. It’s priced far lower than the Ooni branded one, although one major difference is this brush does not have stainless steel bristles. As such, you have to wait until your oven and stone cool down before brushing them clean or you will melt the bristles. That aside, the brush functions as advertised and is an inexpensive way to keep your pizza stone clean between cooks.

Pizza Oven?
Bought this item to clean a pizza oven. The table model. The brush is too long. But it is perfect for a BBQ though. Be careful with the bristles. Might fall off on cooked meats. Cleaning the brush it is rather difficult. Shall have to find solutions.
