I bought this PC because I needed something I can carry with me without getting an expensive gaming laptop I didn't expect this to perform as well as it did I play a lot of dota2 and Farlight I was getting on average 119 FPS on low settings and 79fps on high settings on Dota and 100fps on Farlight on high. The M2 has a heatsink and I liked that unlike other minis this one has a regular SATA SSD slot to add additional storage for cheap. 32 gig ram is plenty for pretty much anything you want to use it for. Make sure to turn the switch appropriately to your needs if you don't switch it to performance the gameplay will drop frames. I scanned it for viruses and it came clean so far I've used it a week and it has worked perfectly. I highly recommend this mini PC!

The USB ports, supposedly USB 3.2 and USB 4.0, all run at slower than standard USB 2.0 speeds. I've attached several external SSDs with numerous different USB 3.x and USB 4.0 cables and nothing improves the speed. I contacted KAMRUI support which doesn't seem to exist. They never responded to any of my messages despite an automated acknowledgement that they received my message and would respond soon. Pathetic.

A few things to note when getting this item, do not bother in downgrading the OS, it may cause some problems as well as lose some programs that came bundled in with this item. Ensure the drivers for the graphics are always up to date no matter what, otherwise it can cause some performance loss. Overall I genuinely think this thing is a beast of a machine when it comes to gaming. I was playing Black Myth Wukong under low settings and it ran a lot smoother than expected. The frames can range between around 60-120 fps, albeit under a 720p resolution. I honestly don't mind downgrading the resolution since I use this thing on a 720p tv, but if you would like to upscale, fsr and super resolution is available within the graphics drivers once downloaded. Honestly for the price, this thing is worth the value compared to other mini pcs in the market. There are options in making this noiseless fans, or performance, I always opted performance when gaming, and silent when watching a video or movie. However having the option of going auto is nice too. But, if you want the most optimal performance for gaming, then I suggest as mentioned to download the graphics drivers, ensure the drivers are up to date, go to window's settings, system, and power and sleep, ensure the scroll is under performance, or ensure the label is always under performance. Pretty much make everything under performance.

Yes, get 32GB RAM and 1TB storage (unless you have what you need laying around). Yes, get W11 pre-installed.. it's just easier. (don't need pro or you wouldn't get this) Yes, be able to play modern games adequately to have fun (see headline and below) Yes, keep your drivers up-to-date (may require a trip to AMD) GREAT bang for buck, especially when on sale or with coupon. No problems whatsoever encountered. I do all computer things, including some occasional PUBG and others, on this. Drawbacks: form factor is odd and won't work for some people (I think it may enhance cooling actually), the "fun" lights you can mess with I care less about and turn them off (easy), I haven't determined the efficacy of the performance knob yet (I know I can do what I need to in the middle setting, including "gaming")

I had this for less then a year and the computer crashed tech support from this company lacks any urgency and won’t replace my pc

In less than a year, the RGB lights are not working anymore. The power light is also not working, so I won't know if the mini PC is on or off. I wonder if the seller can provide the product key for Windows 11 Professional

Computer booted fine, the specs was just as listed. Overall good computer.

Work the warranty then quit working I say wth is this one year and one month life time. This is a rip off look on quit led lights screw up please don't buy
