These are so simple to use. Use them under a chimney or under a pile of charcoal in your grill. They light fast and burn well. You only need to light one for a 22 inch kettle. However 2 works a lot better. For the money the value is there. Pick these up today!

I really like these! Super easy to light and they burn long and hot enough to start wood pellets 100% of the time in my stove. I'll be buying these rather than gel or lighter fluid from now on. They are definitely the best fire starters I've found and I'm sure they'd be great for charcoal in a bbq or even to start a campfire. You could pack a dozen of them in a ziploc for camping and never have a worry.

The Good: Finally I am able to reclaim my ability to make fire that my long ago homosapien forefathers would be appalled I had lost with so much reliance on modern conveniences and technologies. These little guys seriously make starting a fire a breeze. Combined with a charcoal chimney the only thing that can stop me from ruining a Sunday grill out is my utter lack of competence cooking things over an open flame. The Bad: can get a little messy with bits falling off when combined with a charcoal chimney but you can easily bypass that by just dropping them straight into the grill with a well formed coal pyramid. The Ugly: My Cats Love it. When I go out to start up the grill all of the cats will gather at the back window and stare in wonder as their human makes fire. Even the weird one that constantly yowls at inanimate objects day and night will sit quietly in awe and watch the flames dance to life and the smoke billow forth. I am then reminded why I am glad they do not posses opposable thumbs.
