Changes the sound but worth it
These are comfy, changes the sound though. Bass is reduced and soundstage has improved. It's worth the trade off. Now these feel like proper monitoring cans. They don't heat up like the stock ones. The velor quality is good for the price I'd say. Fit is good, again better than stock ones, stocks were too small for my ears. And they're way to easy to install unlike some people been saying. Took me like 8-10 seconds to put them on

Soft, comfortable as good as the original, lasted 1.5 years. Bit expensive for the product life
Soft, comfortable, large, as good as the original. Lasted 1.5 years approx. before the leather started to disintegrate. Deducting 1 star for that, expecting it to last longer than that at this price point.

For Tribit Xfree Go: Earpads are Great although much larger in size.
Impressions after 3 days of usage: Earpads are of very good quality. The material is thicker than what I expected, but it's fine. The OEM earpads of the 'xfree go' were really very thin and soft to the touch but because of that I think it wore off soon. But since these are thicker I expect them to last longer. The cushions are memory foam as advertised and the comfort is great even for long durations. FITMENT: I knew that these were larger for my Tribit xfree go, but I wanted to try them out since they looked so comfortable and I also couldn't find one for the right size for my headphones. For my unit I had to cut some portions of the earpad's "skirt" at the back in order for it to fit perfectly with the dimensions of the mounting disc of my headphones. So these are very large compared to the OEM ones, but I made them work out with some adjustments. DOES IT AFFECT SOUND QUALITY? It definitely altered the sound quality a bit which I noticed. When I had the OEM earpads, my ears would touch the speaker/driver since they were much smaller and shallower. But now the earpads go properly over my ears and there seems to be a gap between my ears and the speaker/driver. The side walls are also thick, there is a lot more room inside. So all of this had an effect on the sound signature. The lower frequencies have more emphasis now than the higher frequencies. When watching movies, the sound effects, gun shots and everything is loud, but the voices are minimized. So I have to always listen with three steps of higher volume than before. It is a minor change which over time one can get used to, but you will definitely notice at first. On the flip side, experience of listening to bassy music has improved. Now this is very specific to my particular headphones for which these earpads are not exactly meant for. But for someone who is not too picky about the sound altering ever so slightly these earpads can definitely be used to elongate the life span of a perfectly functioning headphones that just have worn out earpads. Especially if your headphones are amongst the list for which these earpads are actually made for.

Look nice and are large, but doesn't last very long
A heads up as someone who has used this for a while - they aren't very durable. I use my headphones everyday and while I do take good care of them, they're definitely put through their paces too. I wouldn't recommend this particular set of pads to someone who regularly uses their headphones, it starts peeling within a few months. This was the second pair of replacements I've ever got for my M50x which I've owned for over 6 years. The previous lasted twice as long as this one - I bought this last year (2023) in May and by roughly Feb this year, the material was already peeling off. When you pay for a more expensive pair of pads you expect them to last a bit longer than this. It's a pity because these are quite comfortable and large, which covers your ears better than the original ones. They really should've been built to last better and they'd be perfect, but I can't be bothered spending 2k every year to replace pads this crappy.

Comfort indeed
My ears felt heaven. Its very comfortable for some with big ears and wearing glasses. The SOUND QUALITY is NOT ALTERED. The sound volume is altered. So just crank it up a bit more and youre good to go.

Good pads for AKG headset
First I thought they were not fitting to my AKG K240 MKii and I kept for return but tried once again and after little effort they were on the position. Checked the sound it’s like nee feel of my Headphones.. it’s absolutely worth to buy for expensive headsets. Really they changed yes bass side slightly low but that’s fine .. highs and mids sounding so cool. Very much satisfied with these.
