No Service For Rural Areas
Godrej is a reputed name in locks. The product is of good quality at a reasonable price, but there is no service available in many areas. Service is only provided in well-known cities. Neither paid nor free installation services are available in other cities. If you install it yourself, you will lose your warranty. The 2-year warranty becomes meaningless in this case. If any issues arise, a minimum charge of ₹350 plus GST will apply. Thank about service before purchasing.
