This is a great laptop. Ran into some issues with Bluetooth error and alt+tab disabling itself after setup but took care of it with a bios update using the Alienware support assist. No issues since, can run AAA games like God of War on HIGH settings around 90-105 fps. Freaking gorgeous visuals and smooth gameplay. I also bought a travel laptop AC charger and Alienware backpack with it. Spent a few extra dimes but it’s my first ever AW laptop so I went in on accessories. LOVE IT and can’t wait to travel abroad with it.

I bought the computer a couple of months ago, and to my surprise, I was about to upgrade my RAM to 64 GB and I saw that one of the slots memory has both pin that hold the memory broken, so the memory is banding out; it still works, but I paid for something brand-new. How did it come damaged already? and I just really that because I had to open it to input the new RAM memory; Not good at all. Also, Im having issues to upgrade the RAM; I bought the same model of RAM from Samsung 5600B Mhz and keeping crashing the laptop and giving me blue screen, I'm not a layman with computers I had tried all I can do to make it work, look the notebook is not that easy to upgrade. And now I will be out of pc for weeks, I will return it and that makes me very dissatisfied.

Alienware es la mejor PC Gaming del mercado. Funciona perfectamente no solo para juegos sino para programas donde se requiere hacer trabajos de renderizado, volveria a comprar otra PC Alienware sin duda alguna
