Brilliant idea for hanging pictures.Strong adhesive if you use the right ones.Only downside they are a bit expensive.

Annoying to peel off
Great once they're up but it's very difficult to peel off the backing tape to the point where you can almost pull the strip apart. I have to use tweezers to get the backing off. Expect more from 3M.
