Bought to replace a decade old stick type thermometer when we needed more accuracy with this current pandemic. The Braun thermoscan has been good value for money - it is easy to use, it gives a quick accurate result. It does come with a small box of covers.

Basic and efficient.

Bought for a fidgety 4yo who doesn't like having his temperature taken. Reads within a second, so we made it a game where he says "Go" and we see how quickly it beeps.

Fab little thermometer! It still nicely in the storage box. It is also small enough to travel without issues.

Works really well and looks well made. Would recommend

I went for a branded one hoping to have accuracy. Well it s not that easy : I can take 3 times the temperature of my newborn and have 3 different results, probably due to a slight different angle of measurement. So be warned that definitely good of an indication but not a fully reliable measurement.
