This is the third one I’ve purchased. Good value, good quality and very comfortable. Thicker one side than the other with contoured memory foam for extra support. Can get a little hot so benefit from pillow cases, despite the textured design on surface.

Bought it for neck pain given that 24k others had bought it and customer reviews. Hesitant at first at when I took it out the box, it was flat and shapeless! I left it for around 5hrs then it plumped up. Been using it last 5 nights and not waking up with neck pain. It’s a great buy, good size compared to other pillows and looks good with the protective cover. It’s nice and firm and better than the premium brand which was more of a medium support. Definitely recommend

This is my third time buying this pillow. First for myself, then one to keep at my in-laws for when I stay over and now one for my partner. I've tried a few orthopedic pillows and this one suits me the best. I'm a side sleeper and the indent that runs through the middle means I can easily switch sides. The two different height options means I can tailor it to how much support I need at the time. It always remains firm and comfortable. Might take a little time to get used to if you're not familiar with memory foam. Always stays the same shape and has lasted me for more than a year.

Decent pillow, well made. Like others have commented it's a pity the centre top is grey as it shows through pale pillowcases. I have a similar pillow from 2/3 years ago that I enjoy sleeping on but this was was personally just too firm for me and wasn't comfortable to lie on so unfortunately I had to return it.

This is my first orthopedic pillow and I can say I am quite satisfied with it. It's exactly what i needed for my neck and back pain issues. Been using it for over a week now and my neck and back feel more relaxed and comfortable.

For the price, and given all the positive reviews, this is really worth a punt over yet another set of expensive pillows that quickly go flat - so wasteful, expensive, and frustrating. Nowadays, a poor night's sleep is almost guaranteed for me, but the severe neck ache that follows and persists all day was getting too much, so I wanted to try an ergonomic one, and happily found one that didn't cost the earth. It took a bit of getting used to because it feels hard in comparison to a regular pillow, and maybe every month or so I'll find it a little uncomfortable again and turn it round - but it has made a world of difference, and I really wouldn't want to be without it now. I can only fall asleep on my side, but wake up on my back. Unlike with regular pillows, with this one, I've never once woken up in a position where my neck was unsupported. Even a bad night is now a better night than it was. If I manage to wear this out someday, I hope it's still available to repurchase. Maybe I should buy a spare, just in case!

I have tried tons of pillows from Amazon, sent all back but this one. Cheap but effective . For some reason, the support is far better than the costlier ones or the gels..and this is firmer, yet doesn't hurt the neck like the others.

I was skeptical about getting this pillow, but it had great reviews and was cheaper than other memory foam pillows so I figured I'd give it a try. I am so happy with this pillow. I was constantly having neck pain with regular pillows and now I don't have neck pain after sleeping anymore. The shape took a couple of nights to get used to, but after that, it's now the only pillow I use. Definitely recommend.

This pillow is soft yet firm enough to support my head and correctly align my neck. The quality of my sleep had greatly improved. I would prefer a more concave design, but for the money, this pillow has met my needs.
