Excellent purchase
Just what we needed for our new summer house that has a rather high step up into it, it’s strong and sturdy and purely by luck the colour matches perfectly, it was easy to put together, fast delivery, very pleased with my purchase.

Already showing cracks
I initially thought this was a great Product Ideal for the purpose I wanted it for However having just had it a month I have already noticed cracks within 2 planks Shame as otherwise ideal So I am disappointed as I was going to order a couple more

Poor , very poor quality
Poor quality. Some panels had to be reinforced by glue and bracket as the pinning had come loose. Also the wood , although stained didn’t appear to give any water repelant protection. Wood was showing signs to water damage. Seems better after I have painted over with good quality exterior paint. In a brief summary: NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Really well made product and excellent quality. They arrive in three sections with prefilled holes which took only a few minutes to assemble. Everything is supplied. Really pleased with this purchase

Broken and wrong
Omg I cannot believe how bad this item is. It’s broken, it’s not the item shown in the picture or as described! Awful. Hope I get a refund soon
