Tastes great and feels like it really helped with milk supply. Nice to have a comforting cuppa during feeds. Definitely recommend!

Don't actually know if it boosts my supply because I started drinking them day 1 of bf but I have no issues with bf my child and it actually taste lovely reminds me of my childhood. Not too bad cold either although I prefer it hot

I give birth to my 3rd child 2 months ago. Just like the previous 2 time, just after the first month the amount of breastmilk started to reduce no matter what how balance my diet is and the plenty of water which i drink every day. I decided to search for a tea which can help, because that is the only think which I didn't tried with my previous two kids. I am not much of a tea drinker, but I was ready to try for my baby's best. As soon as I received my order I go and made cup of tea. The aroma and the taste surprised me pleasantly. I started noticing the positive effect just after the second cup of tea (the same day - dirnk one in the morning and one in the afternoon). On the next day my baby was happily asleep and I was back pumping the rest of the milk. One month later I am still breastfeeding and I planning to do so as long as my baby wants. Great product, which is definitely worth it. ❤️❤️❤️

Like the tea, have been taking other supplements to go alongside milk production. So not sure how effective it is but it tastes okay and I’m not a herbal tea fan. The reason I haven’t given more stars in the missleading box. Says 28 cups it’s 14 bags that you can use twice. I’d rather them just say 14 bags as I don’t always want two lots in a day.

Has helped to bring my milk supply up while been drinking this tea for a week. I have two cups a day.

Sadly I’m having to repurchase the first brand I used also from Amazon that one contains goat rue herb and I find only one cup filled my milk for the entire night. This tea however makes me go to the bathroom 2/3 times a night and the milk production is 50% less than it was when I drank only one cup of the other brand. I’m giving it 5 stars as it’s no fault of the product but rather the powdered tea seems to work better for me. Previous review : Given the price I was expecting the bags to be individually Wrapped but that wasn’t the case - however these teabags are quite potent I realised that despite only offering just 15 tea bags the bags can indeed be mixed with hot water a few times and the longer you leave the bag infused the darker the colour sets. My usually nursing tea is quite light and no where near as potent but I find that drinking this makes my bladder run like crazy to the point that I’m left feeling very dehydrated. I’m not sure if this is because I’m used to weak teabags and these are so strong. I also found that drinking more than one or two cups actually stalled my supply completely so drink with caution. I suggest mixing the teabag with atleast 1ltr of water so that the flavour is balanced and not overly strong the first time and weak on the second pour - you can refrigerate the extra cups From the one teabag. Given the potency I’d say these are value for money because instead of using a new teabag for each cup of 30ml water you will get about 4cups of tea per bag. Don’t drink more than 2 cups or you’ll not sleep all night. I’ve added a photo I fill that Pyrex up about.3 times.

Not sure if it’s just coincidence, but had a cup of this tea this morning and then pumped an hour after and I got the most I’ve ever got. I usually pump around 4oz and today I would have got around 6oz (I spilt some *cry*). I’m not a big fan of herbal tea so added a squeeze of honey and waited until it was cool enough for me to down in one. Will keep trying it!

Bought this as I wanted to boost my supply. I’ve been EBF for 5 months and thought I’d try and boost my supply as I use to be an oversupplier but since my body has regulated, produce just the right amount for my baby. Had tried this as soon as it arrived. Had 2 cups and hoped my supply would take effect overnight (I was hopeful due to some of the comments) but instead this plummeted my supply. I’m usually engorged overnight giving my baby a couple of big feeds but this wasn’t the case. I stopped immediately and thankfully things went back to normal. I think I’m in that rare case where it has the opposite effect on me. Maybe this works better for those who are just starting to breastfeed.
