I had a different external monitor that took a crap with my laptop (my laptop only -- I know, just odd) so it must have been fate that I had to get another one. Well this monitor works every single time -- so I know the issue with the old one just could not have had just an issue with my laptop. AND, this one was half the price of the laptop hating one I replaced this one with. The color, sharpness is just like having another top of the line laptop or monitor and the size that I purchased was the exact same size as my laptop monitor so this is and was my intent when purchasing. The only issue and this is a me issue (as I had the same issue with the last one) was getting the damn kickstand to hold up monitor up -- how it was supposed to hold it in my head, was not at all how it was supposed to work and even though I got it to work, in my head it should not be holding it up; but who am I to argue since it's doing what it is supposed to be doing. So in the end, this was worth every penny and every headache (replacement) of my last monitor.

This monitor works great for travel. Picture looks nice. I'll say that the stand seems a little flimsy and it has almost fallen a few times, so I may need to find a better way to prop it up, but otherwise I'm pretty satisfied.

No more tangled wires or searching for the right charger. It’s practically a fairy tale for tech lovers!This monitor works with everything! My laptop, my tablet, even my grandma’s ancient desktop (I’m pretty sure it’s a relic). It’s like the Swiss Army knife of screens—ready for any challenge! I can have Zoom calls on one screen while watching cat videos on the other. Multitasking has never been more entertaining!The sleek design is so stylish that even my cat looked impressed. I caught him staring at it like it was a new member of the family. I might have to get him a little monitor of his own for his YouTube career! It has a sturdy stand, so I don’t have to worry about it toppling over during heated gaming sessions. You know, for those moments when I might have a mini freak-out after losing to a 12-year-old online.

When my 2-yr-old laptop fell off my bed and the touch screen was smashed, I was lost. What was I going to do with all the data on my hard-drive? After getting quite upset and learning it'll cost me between 1 and 2 hundred bucks for a new one touch screen - even though I could replace it and save some money - it was still a lot. I did some research and figured I'd buy a monitor but I didn't know they sold monitors like this until looking through Amazon.This monitor was the exact size of the OEM and I figured that it would work just fine for me. Shipping was quick and it was packaged VERY well and secure. I didn't know it came with a mini-HDMI to HDMI cable and power cord, but was surprised to learn they were in the box. It couldn't have been easier to hook everything up (they included easy to follow animated directions) and after handling that business I flipped the switch - BOOM - my laptop was back! I could do everything I used to do - except no touch screen! Clearly, this was my fault. They do make monitors that are touch screen, but I didn't order one of those, I got this guy!Resolution isn't the same as my OEM monitor and the colors aren't as sharp, but it works. Everything is VERY easy to setup and get rolling. Use the included HDMI to mini HDMI cable and plug the HDMI side into my laptop and the mini-HDMI to the monitor and then a USB-C power cord to the monitor. All is great and the monitor works well.I was even able to hook up and connect DeX from my Galaxy smartphone to the monitor. VERY easy to do by hooking up a usb-C to mini HDMI cable (not included) to monitor and I was off and rolling. THAT is a cool feature!I'm happy to recommend this monitor - it's solid for the price and will get the job done. It's certainly not a high-priced - high resolution monitor, but it's capable of getting your laptop up and running. Or - connecting your XBox Series X to as well. (Tried that, and it works.) Have fun!
