I find the portable DVD player to be outstanding. The graphics on the screen are of a high quality, to my surprise, the sound is excellent, it seems to be made out of superior craftsmanship, and the buttons are ergonomic.

I recieve thd package in similar good condition. The box was damaged but luckily the product itself was OK. It works fine. Speaker has good quality and easy, lightweight to take around on the road

First, it's worth the purchase. I bought two for Christmas for my 5 and 7yo to keep them off of streaming devices. This with a CD/DVD book holder, headphones, and a few of their favorite movies. They love it. I love that it comes with a car charger AND regular charger, the car seat holder, and the screen folds to more of a tablet mode. THAT part is necessary or else my 1yo will try to push all of the buttons. The remote comes in handy but I wish there was a menu/play button on the player. I've found stop, skip, FF, RW, volume up/down. But if I stop it, idk how to begin play again without opening/ closing the disc. And knowing the battery's charge percentage instead of just low battery beginning to flash. Good bonus!: you can connect this to your TV and use as a DVD player, turning off this screen. The volume is good! There is also a headphone jack. The image quality is good for such a small screen. The display attachment to the bottom half is sturdy even with the swivel/flip feature.

Excellent customer service when I had an issue. They sent me a whole new one and I didn’t have to send back the other. Player works great I love that it can be just battery (charged up) operated when needed. The only thing I wish it had was a pause button because you have to use the remote to do that. But it’s not a deal breaker. Now I can watch some of my many DVD tv shows without commercials when traveling.
