Galaxy S4 I9505, Black Edition 16GB unlocked

I ordered a used Samsung Galaxy S4 i9500, Red Edition 16GB from another seller and received the black one with a leather case and apology. I was disappointed about the colour, but decided to keep it as the price and phone condition is good. This phone will replace my beloved S2 i9000 which is still in use while I finish configuring - and playing around with the S4. There are some differences in the two phones - the S4 is larger which is taking some getting used to as I have small hands that the S2 fitted into very neatly, but the increased screen size of the i95000 makes it much easier to read. I love the speed and smooth scrolling of the S4 and it has a lot of features and functions to be explored - many of which will probably remain unused or deactivated s I only need it for a few things. They have made changes to the settings section too which was also disappointing - the versatility of the S2 settings was more comprehensive and easier to find things although this may be due to the OS version - I had hoped for kitkat but got lollypop which has mixed reviews. Still on a bit of a learning curve but other than some minor personal preference niggles, am very happy with the S4.

This phone definitely lived up to the positive reviews I'd read about it. Comfortable to hold, easy screen to read, good keyboard, great photos. Thefree Galaxy Gear has been fun but I'm not yet convinced that I'll use it much. For a start, you have to be within bluetooth range of the phone to use the Gear otherwise it stops working. But the phone itself is first rate.

Beware! This may say Samsung is the seller but it is actually sold by a 3rd party and so you have no guarantee where the phone comes from! This phone wasn't right since I received it around 3 months ago. It would crash from time to time and upon boot up it told me that a custom OS had been installed, when I hadn't changed anything. Now, I'm having battery problems. My phone will turn off at around 70 percent battery and upon inspection the battery has swelled. I took it to the Samsung store and I've had to replace the battery (I had to pay for it as this phone was manufactured in China so it wasn't covered by warranty!!). Pretty annoyed about the whole thing and worried about what other problems are going to manifest themselves in the coming months.

excellent phone only problem I have is it is locked to the o2 network is there anyway I can fix this without having to pay to get it unlocked?

It seems ok it is my first smart phone not much to compare it to just not used to such a short battery charge life after my old Nokia!

Could not believe how cheap this reconditioned s4 was, hugely impressed! After a turning on and automatically updating its good as new. Battery lasts more than a day with frequent use (i have spare batteries anyway from previous). Owned for a month and no issues whatsoever. Never buying a new phone again after this experience

... und zu den jetzigen Preisen auch günstig (wenn auch nicht billig). Beim Kauf aufpassen: Das mir gelieferte Gerät war korrekt ein i9505 mit Quadcore-Prozessor und LTE. Es kursieren aber auch Galaxy S4, die sich als i9505 ausgeben, aber in Wirklichkeit i9500 sind: mit Octocore-Prozessor und ohne LTE. Der Octocore-Prozessor bringt in dem Galaxy S4 keinen Vorteil, verbraucht aber deutlich mehr Energie = die Laufzeit des Mobilphones ist kürzer und auch die Kamera in diesem i9500 macht aufgrund anderer Software nicht so gute Bilder wie das i9505. Also aufpassen und nicht betrügen lassen - ABER: Der vorstehende Lieferant hat korrekt geliefert, ich würde hier jederzeit wieder bestellen.

Ottimo smartphone a tutt'oggi uno dei migliori dato il prezzo.. Ottimo display e la batteria anche se non dura una giornata intera è molto performante. Si è fatto di plastica, ma ha la batteria removibile molto comoda da sostituire ogni 1/2 anni dato che si deteriora. Lo consiglio a tutti come telefono anche nel 2018 fa la sua figura.

Batteria si surriscalda e si consuma velocemente

Auch bei mir das Gleiche - Handy geht einfach aus. Seit Wochen...nun täglich.. trotz Akku voll. Bleibt oft hängen. Handy wurde bereits mit Defekt bei der Kamera geliefert. Ich behaupte es ist kein Neugerät gewesen.Schwarzer Punkt auf Linse. Da ich diese nicht benötige hab ich das nicht zurück geschickt. Auch bin ich nicht sonderlich kleinlich...mir war das bislang auch zu viel Arbeit. Ich werde mir nun ein anderes holen - erst dann schicke ich das zurück - und fordere das Geld zurück. Werde das anwaltlich begleiten lassen nach diesen Rezensionen hier. Bin Sammelbesteller bei Amazon doch so was hätte ich noch nie. Finger weg !!! 22.11.2017: Ich hatte nun das Handy zurück gesandt. Nach 10 Tagen kam es nun kommentarlos zurück - weiterhin defekt. Der Verkäufer heisst Essen Mobile. Unglaublich mies! Hätte nie gedacht dass ich mal so reinfalle hier. Stand 22.11.2017

Das Galaxy S4 ist für mich das beste Handy! Ich hatte es vor ca 1 Jahr schon einmal, habe es dann dummerweise verkauft und mir ein S4 Mini gekauft, welches durchaus auch gut ist, aber eben nicht alle Funktionen des "großen Bruders" hat. Darauf folgte ein Huaweii Ascend P6, welches dann aber doch wieder gegen das S4 getauscht wurde. Nun bin ich glücklich, daß ich es wieder habe und es wird mich diesmal nicht so schnell wieder verlassen ;-) Positiv: -das super scharfe Display -die schnelle Reaktion -macht super Bilder und Videos -S Health finde ich persönlich total klasse Negativ: -für mich ist das einzig Negative die kurze Akkulaufzeit! die sollte dringend verbessert werden! Alles in allem kann ich das Galaxy S4 definitiv weiterempfehlen! PS: Ich habe übrigens keinerlei Probleme seit dem Update auf KitKat.
