OMG!! this chair is awesome! Was really one piece assembly. Seems well made and easily folds up to put in the car. My sister likes the size and the comfort. It can be electrical or manual, and the manual pushing is so easy. It really has been a life saver for us! Made well and the design of this chair is great. The arm rest raise up which is nice when at a restaurant to scoot under the table. Came with two batteries, which is nice. Charge both and keep one with us in case we do more then planned. Just an FYI, charge both the battery and the hand stick!!! Great little chair for the price!!!

This chair is amazing and has changed my elderly parents’ lives. I ordered one for my disabled Mom and we liked it so much I ordered another for my Dad. It is powerful enough to do the job but not so powerful that they take chunks out of doorframes or injure themselves. It’s light enough that i can pick it up and put in my rather high SUV, which allows me to take them out more often and more easily than with a push chair. The battery life is very good and batteries are super easy to switch out and convenient because one can be charging while the second battery is being used so they are never left with no charge. We’ve had the chairs for 8 months and still going strong. Mom did bend the controller arm to the point it snapped off, my parents are not easy on wheelchairs. Aotedor customer service responded promptly to my email asking how I could purchase a new arm for the controller. They asked for a photo and sent a new arm and new controller for free and within a week. In my opinion the chair and the customer service exceed all of our expectations. I highly recommend this chair.

We have used this on cruises and all around town. It is easy to use, very portable and allows for great mobility. We highly recommend this for people people needing a compact motorized wheelchair.

Excellent in so many ways: design, engineering and functionality. Comes with 2 batteries, perfectly located, easy access. Light weight, my wife can easily put it in the back of the car. Manual and printing clear and simple easy to read. NOT for those 220 lbs or more. Durable and attractive. This one we use for outside: the mall, parks, Dr. appointments. Came in a very sturdy box, completely assembled, no problems. Thank you!

The front wheels rub the foot rest whe backing up or turning the seat cushion is so thin you feel everything under you and the chair feels like it's going to collapse if you hit a small crack in the sidewalk the joystick snags on clothes and be careful an turn it off before leaning forward to look at something when stopped or you will hit the joystick and lung forward. On the upside the weight of the chair is great at around 40 lbs and the compact size makes it great for travel the speed going forwards is nice. But overall very disappointing 😞

Received this today. Unpacking was easy, but a little hard to get it to open the first time do to the protective plastic over the seat. After I got it to open and installed the battery it was fully charged and ready to go. It is virtually silent due to the brushless motors. It runs smooth as silk. I'm charging the 2nd battery now, but there is no indication on the battery to let you know that it's charged. The only way to tell is to install it on the chair and look for the battery level on the control panel. No big deal, but it would be nice to know so I'm burning electricity when I don't have to.The reverse beeping it pretty useless as it's very low. The speed is more that adequate. At 71 years old I would have a hard time keeping up with it at full speed. Most importantly the shock absorbers make it effortless to run over gravel. All in all we're very happy, so far!Prior to getting this chair my wife was using an old-school Jazzy. It weighed about 220 pounds and there was no way she could use it in the house without doing some serious damage to the walls. Most importantly, it was next to impossible to take it any where due to the weight and adding a lift to my truck. My wife can pick up the new chair and put in the trunk of her Cadillac DTS. Pretty cool! Now, we need to find some sort of basket to add to the back of the seat so she can take it shopping.All and all, I give this five plus stars for now. Good quality chair at a good price point.Update, we had a small problem with the frame of this chair and I contacted customer service and these guys were simply awesome. They offered to send me a new chair, but because it would've been without it for a couple of days it would not have worked for our situation. There was one section of the chair that needed to be welded and this company sent me a gift card to buy an arc welder to fix it. It just doesn't get any better than this. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We've only taken this out one time so far. I was suspicious about the product because a few of the reviews have mentioned that the screws loosen regularly. I don't know if that will happen or not. I purchased this one because it had a lot of good reviews and a great rating, so I'm hopeful.When we opened the box, it was really easy to unfold and get ready. The one thing we haven't figured out yet is if we can turn off the backup button. It's really annoying.The trip out with the wheelchair went really well. We didn't have any difficulties. The wheelchair rose smoothly and functioned as we needed it too. It turns well and has a good speed. It's fairly comfortable for the type of chair that it is. My son has added an extra cushion. The battery life is unknown for us now, but the trip out for a mile didn't reduce the light bars. We liked that the design of the wheelchair was great for a small sized chair. It manuevera well and turns in a decently tight mannerSo far we like it a lot! I'd recommend this wheelchair for anyone looking.
