Was a bit unsure when I bought these for my daughter and her bestie but they absolutely love them. Gives them a way to stay in touch without being on their phone. Easy to set up and very nice looking. Well made and good quality. So far, no issues. They really enjoy the gentle reminders that the other is there. Would definitely recommend.

One of the two bracelets I bought to stay in touch with my daughter has NEVER worked correctly. After several attempts to get a replacement, the company stopped communicating for several weeks, then told me I was outside of the window for a return or replacement. Fortunately, I was in communication with my daughter. If this was a relationship bracelet, I can imagine it being the root of many arguments. This has been a VERY disappointing experience, and I feel complete SCAMMED. If I could give this product a zero star, I would.

My daughter and her Bestie love these. They look good on wrists. However, uneven quality. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t. The girls don’t mind fussing with them. I would.

So far I love these bracelets! Got them for our 18th anniversary gift as my husband travels a lot for work. It’s a nice little reminder we love each other no matter the distance. We set them up a few days before a trip to make sure they worked out of state at any distance. He is currently in Oklahoma and I’m in Colorado and they have been working great! You have to make sure your alerts are on and disturb is off. I have a do not disturb on my phone for all except family so be sure to add whom ever has the other bracelet to be allowed to come through. I slept with it in and it didn’t come loose which I was worried about as some times these types of clasps do get loosened easily but mine has been fine. Also so far battery has lasted over two days off the charger so I feel battery life is good! 😊 I originally wanted the mountain and waves but went with the hearts due to me not liking to wear gold.

Every since i bought it i feel more connected to my lover, it’s a great product for staying in-touch and growing a relationship.

I have never spent this much on 2 bracelets. My bestfriend really wanted them for her birthday so I got them for us. The battery kind of sucks but not terrible. The WORST part is that I can't get it to stay on my arm. It randomly loosens every 5 minutes so it randomly sends a million vibrations that I didn't mean to send. And for her too, she woke me up at 4am on accident because it flipped to the other side and just kept sending messages. A firm clasp for this insane price would be more than helpful. I just cant believe I have to re tighten it every 5 minutes for 150 bucks.. I expected better. I dont need an "im sorry" reply. If youre sorry please just send me something better and worth what I paid for with a note instead.
