Weekly, not daily vitamin D3!
Good bioavailable form of vitamin D3. I feel like the soft gels absorb quicker than pills or capsules. They are well priced but make sure you understand these pills are supposed to be take weekly, not daily. I am horrible at taking daily vitamins so I love the weekly option. I do not think you can take too much D3, your body will flush out excess, but I would love to see how your levels stay throughout the week. I would also like a little more information about where the D3 is sourced. Still a great option for anyone who is lacking D3. I will buy again.

Great value and effective
I do want to start by saying that I have pharmacy experience, so I knew before getting this product that this was a weekly dosage. The packaging I received is quite clear that each individual capsule is 60,000 IU, and I’ve been using it weekly for a bit now. Given the weekly dosage, one box will last you a few months so I do think the value is great. They’re easy to swallow without any lingering aftertaste. Without giving any health advice, and with the statement that this is purely anecdotal and could be coincidental, I did have labwork done a few weeks after starting taking these, and my vitamin d levels came back looking great, so I’m definitely pleased with these and will continue using them.

Easy, Affordable Way to Get Your Vitamin D
Each Calgen D3 60K softgel packs 60,000 IU of Vitamin D3, so it’s a great way to give your vitamin D levels a boost. The box has 5 little blister packs with 4 softgels each (20 total), and they’re tiny, smooth, and super easy to swallow with no weird taste at all, which I love. For around $9.99 a box, it’s a really good deal for a 20-day supply. Perfect for the winter months when you’re not getting much sun. All in all, simple, effective, and budget-friendly.

High-Dose D That Actually Matches My Other Brands!
I’ve been naturally severely vitamin D deficient for years (even with endless amounts of sun in Florida) and my doctor has me on at least 10,000 IU daily with a high-dose boost once a week. These 60,000 IU softgels are exactly what I need for that weekly dose, and it’s great to have a supplement that matches my prescription level. Since staying consistent with high dose vitamin D, I’ve noticed improvements in my energy, mood, and overall weight management. It’s an essential part of my routine and having it in one easy to take pill makes it so much simpler to stick to. Highly recommend if you’re managing a serious deficiency like I am.

Like Them
It gets so hot here in the summer that I try to stay inside and, as a result, I feel the need to take a vitamin D supplement in the summer because I don’t get enough sunlight. I take these three times a week. You get 20 capsules in the pack. They seem to be quite strong so you probably don’t need them every day and the small packs make it easier to keep track of how many you have taken. I like them
