Here is the deal. What I am about to say is going to make me sound like a "bot" or something. The fact is that I am just extremely happy. Well my wife particularly is extremely happy and that makes me happier than I would be otherwise. We just bought a home in WV. We do not have city water. In fact not really sure there is a city anywhere near me. Our well water has a few issues. We asked a plumber and lets just say the cost was prohibitive. So we looked around and found Isprings whole house system. We have a lot of sediment and got the sediment filter thingy too. Well it turns out we have more "manganese and iron" that what we thought (yes we tested). So the smell was coming back. My wife, who was very frustrated because her hair was breaking all the time now. Apparently that is not cool and personally I would not like to see her bald and she did threaten that if I did not get the water fixed. Anyway my wife called Isprings and asked. She had seen reviews and the reviews said they were great. Well. Great is an understatement. My wife called and Michelle answered. Michelle made us feel good about being a customer and made us feel even better by making a few suggestions and then sending us the right filters for free. I went under the home today, navigated the junk piled up in the crawlspace and easily put in the new filters. They are working great. Thank you Michelle and thank you Isprings. Not only thanks for making us feel like we were heard, but thank you for helping to ensure my wife does not cut all her hair off.

This is a great whole house water filtration system. I purchased the replacement filters from Amazon, who gets them from their iSpring store. What initiated the filter replacement was a crack in the head assembly, which caused a water leak. After describing the problem to John at iSpring ([email protected]), he sent me a new filter head assembly (the top black part in the photo) free of charge so that I did not have to repurchase the entire system. This was a very nice thing to do and shows that iSpring is committed to customer satisfaction.

Sean at customer service was very helpful in guiding me through the process of changing out my filters. We are back to enjoying delicious water for our whole house I can even drink out of the garden hose like I did when I was a kid.Thank you, Sean and thank you folks at ice Spring. You have a great system. Just to let you know start to finish… Changing out the filters took me about 15 minutes for the whole house system

When I received the six month order it was the wrong one so I went to Amazon to get a refund but all I got was an automated message which was no help. I then called iSpring and talked to Michele and she corrected the problem for me. I was very happy I was able to talk to Michele who was very helpful.

I've ordered these replacement filters for several years now but this year, I noticed a fairly bright orange discharge while initially flushing the system; this gradually turned yellow and then clear. The problem was that over the next 24 hours, we'd still get yellow water in different faucets from time to time. I called customer support and they indicated this was probably an issue with the iron-manganese filter. They offered to replace the entire set of filters free of charge. That kind of customer service can't be beat. We've been happy with the quality of the water with the iSpring filters we've used over the years and now we're doubly happy with the customer service.

I contacted Ispring after purchasing three filters for my Ispring system, spoke with Sean. Sean explained the system to me after I was having issues with water quality. And explained the difference between the filters that are needed due to the fact we have city water and what I purchased was for well water. Sean was quick to resolve my issue with shipping the correct filters immediately. I would recommend Ispring for the quality and their customer service.Thanks Sean!

We needed replacement filters for our water filter system. These were the exact replacements we needed and at a great price!

The media could not be loaded. Had our house 25 years. Countless water treatment companies came through including the big names! No one said I needed a whole house filter. No one told me I had sediment in the water. No one said that I had a problem that a softener could not fix. Six months after installing these filters, I now know why my softeners gave up. My toilets and sinks were always orange after 2 weeks. And lord knows how my water heater made it as long as it did. These pics show the sediment filter and iron filters after 6 months. Both look the same! At around the 5 month mark we started seeing a drop off on the pressure and I figured it was time. Since installing, no orange in tanks, no steaks on white clothes. No hair reacting to coloring and iron (who knew that was a thing!) love these filters and although I had to mount them above my tank setup (and not easy to work on) I am very happy with the performance! Oh yeah, had a very slow drop once and called iSpring. New o-rings at my house within a week. Great customer service!

I bought these filters to replace the filters in the Ispring WGB32BM system I had installed 8 months ago. The water was starting to form a taste again so I thought it was the filters. I thought it was a bit early for the filters to be changed so I called Isping to see if they could help me. After talking with Michele we figured out it is the old water softener that came with the house when we bought it 3 yrs ago. Michele also sent a different set of filters for me to try out, no Charge, because of the water softener issue. It’s nice to see customer service like this is not lost, thanks to Michele.

I’ve held off writing this review until the system has proven itself. I have been through a few attempts with Richard from iSpring helping me out along the way; and in June I finally installed this specific 3-stage set of filters. Our well water is problematic, and feeds two houses. One house uses this filter set, the other house uses a 5 micron filter, and a softener with iron reducing chemicals. This filter set has proven itself to be far better than what I have on the other house - on the same water. I’ve had the water tested, and it’s very hard, with high TDS, and high iron / manganese - which makes it difficult to treat reliably. At first I had an issue with a premature failure of an iron/manganese filter - so I wasn’t convinced. Richard kindly offered this full set, which I was dubious about. In retrospect I now suspect that the initial 5 micron filter wasn’t sealed perfectly, and so dirty water was reaching the iron/manganese filter - which fouled it prematurely. You have to be very careful to install these centrally in your housing.Once installed properly, our water has been crystal clear and tastes so much better than the other house - for nearly 8 months now with one filter set. I’m hoping to get 18 months out of them based on our water usage, so we’ll see - but even at 8 months I’m happy. I suspect some of the negative reviews are caused by improper installation or water with other contaminants that this filtration set isn’t suitable for. Get your water tested before choosing.

They are good filters but do get dirty much quicker than advertised. Last set lasted only two months then had to be replaced. Filters were already expensive and have shot up in price recently.
