I’ve been using the smaller version for years and decided to upgrade. I expected the same top victorinox quality and that’s what I got. Comfortable to use, sharp , does the job and dishwasher proof. These are must have kitchen knives. Easy to sharpen on a sharpening steel .

I knew I needed a new knife cause all my knives were quite blunt but I was not ready for how sharp this one was going to be. Out of the box it was probably one of the sharpest knives I ever tried. With time (3-4 weeks) it started getting worse and I still need to sharpen it. I make sure to wash it and dry it immediately after use and so far it has kept its conditions perfectly. Hopefully with a bit of sharpening it'll go back to how it used to be. But at this price I honestly didn't think you could something this good. Highly recommended!

Sharp, sturdy, thin, a good length. Even cuts through salmon clean and neat (see photos). This has become my go to small knife.

Ich habe das Messer im Mai 2021 gekauft, täglich genutzt, immer sehr zufrieden, alles damit geschnippelt und dann vor einem dreiviertel Jahr war es leider weg ... (hatte allerdings noch ein zweites in der Küchenschublade - das hat über den ersten Verlustschmerz geholfen) Und just heute habe ich mein Messer wieder gefunden: beim Kompost umgraben! Und nun ist es mir ein inneres Bedürfnis die gute Qualität lobend zu bewerten. Denn ein dreiviertel Jahr im Kompost ohne auch nur einen Hauch von Rost - das ist ein bestandener Härtetest. Da es auch super schneidet, klare Kaufempfehlung 😃
